Pro Italia, Glendale CA

Sent in 2 request for quotes this morning never got a call, text or email. I even called and got a recording from the manager won't be buying my bikes from them sorry

I just had my 900 mile service done at Pro Italia on my Moto Guzzi V85TT that I bought at another shop. I scheduled the service a week in advanced for a Saturday because I live 2 hours away and can't make it during the week. Even though they were short staffed on a busy Saturday, they still honored my appointment and got me out of there in less time than they estimated.

I received outstanding service recently of my 2014 Ducati Diavel Carbon
w needing electrical system changed out along with a new dash component (s). Excellent communication and handled all the work as promised. I highly recommend Pro Italia in La Canada/Flintridge.

Just bought a used Aprilia from them and it was so easy. They were super attentive to any issues the bike had pre-sale (nail in the tire). I worked with Kevin who made the process really seamless. They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in as well, which was way more on par with kbb value than what I got quoted for at New Century. Highly recommend these guys!

Went by the shop a couple of times in 2021 looking at the bikes. Third time I went in I got the Aprilia Tuono 660 my first street only bike. Sales staff is awesome, helpful but not pushy. Later for the 600 mile oil change I trailered the bike to the shop. They had me in and out in no time. A bit later the bike had a small oil leak/seep. I contacted the shop via email. Sent pictures so they could see exactly what was up. I took the bike to the shop. I was in and out in a couple of hours. A few thousand miles later everything is still running great. At the 3600 mile oil change I could not find the items I needed online (out of stock) so I called the shop and they sent me the oil, filter and crush washer so I wouldn’t have to drive there. So far, the only down side is there are lots of gorgeous bikes at ProItalia and they all need a home.

Pro Italia is a great California dealer with a wide range of Italian motorcycles (Ducati, Aprilia, MV Agusta, Moto Guzzi, etc). I highly recommend them for anyone that's into motorcycles!

Because of high fuel prices I had been thinking about purchasing a motorcycle for the past few months, I went to Pro Italia because I saw on their website that they had reasonable prices on their used motorcycles. Immediately after entering I felt a good vibe that the Associates were there because they are motorcycle enthusiasts and not just there to sell you items. I rode out in a beautiful Ducati. In the past I have owned Kawasaki and Suzuki, this is my first Ducati and I am loving the way it drives. If you too are looking for a used or new motorcycle I highly recommend you give Pro Italia of Glendale a look first.

Case of my streetfighter started leaking at the kickstand. Dropped it off 9 months ago. They supposedly fixed the leak, but now they can't get the bike to run. Without getting the engine up to temp, not sure if they even fixed the leak. Now suing them to get my bike sent to a facility that actually knows how to work on them. I told them I would happily pay the difference of the original estimate after another shop finishes the job and gets my motorcycle to run. They said they would give me a discount on the repairs. Took in a bike with a leak, they want to give me back a non- running bike that may or may not leak. What a joke. Can't believe these guys are in business.

Has been a pleasure doing business with them and help me get my streetfighter. It is my second bike with them with more to come. Service is awesome and they have always treated me great. Parts department is second to none. Highly recommend buying any italian bikes from them

Stopped in, saw a bike I liked, bought it in under an hour. Worked with Kevin in sales.seems like one of the good ones!

This is the only place I take my bike to. I trust them and they do good work and have fair prices. I took my bike on a long road trip recently and everything worked perfectly, so I guess their work speaks for itself.

Got my 748 back up and running from a charging issue with ease and checked the rest of the bike as they always do. Highly trust their service.

Bill Nation is outstanding. I put in an info request through cycletrader, which most of the time you're even lucky to get a response at all but he responded instantly, even when the office was closed! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal on a bike. Even when I was annoying at times, he never got upset and kept focused on making sure I WAS HAPPY. And best of all he was UP FRONT about ALL pricing. No surprises. Everything was exactly as he said, and NOT PUSHY about anything. For a manager, who deals with any idiot who emails him, to make me feel like his only customer of the day is rare. I definitely will be shopping here again.

Fly and ride purchase on used Ducati. Asking price agreed upon via phone conversation, no haggling on my part. Showed at agreed time up to pick up the bike. Bike in as described order, ready to ride. Helpful staff except for the finance/ CFO manager, who treated me with distrust regardless of
my verifiable cashiers check on hand. Got the bike and rode home. Will not do business again
