This was my first time using Pro Team. I found them on line and selected them based on the reviews. My experience was wonderful. E was extremely friendly and informative. I felt as though I was talking to my son. Pro Team, he's a keeper. My carpets and furniture look great.
But, I would have liked to have given a score just under 5 due to Tamara. Although she was polite and informative, I felt rushed as if I was an imposition. I had 2 encounters with her and both times she attempted to end the call before I was finished.

We have used Pro Team Carpet Cleaning for years. Their staff is always friendly & professional, cleaning is thorough and they don't leave a mess. Their prices are fair, they show up when they say they will. We will continue to use them for service.

Christopher was great professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Even though I ended up spending more than I initially intended/was quoted, I am glad that I did. Chris kept it real with my options and I was able to make an informed decision based on my needs and what I wanted as my expected outcome. I have thick carpets, Pet stains, and cleaning them myself takes forever and never produces the result i want. This was VERY quick, great service, super friendly, and got rid of the pesky stains and odors. Thank you!
