Longer than expected wait time for such a simple pee in a cup drug test. Saw some lady fixing her hair in the reflection of painting, made me wait outside and fill out my paperwork in the rain. This place is wack.

Why are these people in business still? Absolutely the worst place ever! So along the HIPAA laws.they don't follow them. I witnessed them putting our names in the trash can, not shredding it, after we signed in.

I called multiple times to make an appointment, no one ever picked up. I decided to walk in.
Pro-Acrive is very slow. I was sent to ProActive for a pre-employment screening. It took about an hour and half waiting before a head nurse told them that I've been waiting for a while. I had to return to get a copy of my physical and I've been waiting for 45 minutes before someone front the front desk asked for my last name and came back with my paper work and took another 5-10 minutes looking at my paper work and then disappeared. It's been almost an hour waiting for my paper work.

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because the staff is friendly.

Long wait times, even with an appointment. Guy did my blood pressure wrong so I had to redo it. I’ve never had blood pressure problems. Employees just walking around aimlessly. While I was doing my vision test for my work physical there were people walking past me and waking in front of the eye chart. Employees weren’t rude but the place is just a mess as far as organization, caring about you time, treating people and then getting them on their way.

How long can it take for someone to go in the back to pee in a cup. Wow. No respect for peoples time and bladder. The employees are probably great people outside of work, but here they are not customer friendly. I say customer and not patient because someone is paying your for a service. I would rather find another job that uses a different company then to ever come back here

My experience here has been nothing but great. Dr. Roemer is the best. When first trying chiropractic care, I was nervous, but he helped me and guided me through every single step. I’m so glad to have found him because he really is helping me on my road to recovery.

The staff there is also amazing. Whether you’re there for physical therapy or chiropractor, they’re really helpful and nice. I love talking to them every time I go. You can say I look forward to go to my
appointments

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and place to recover.

This place takes way to long to get anything done. Waited two hours now for a physical. Came in early and many people went in front of me that came later. This place is a pathetic joke. This place is a huge inconvenience if you have a busy schedule. I came in at 7: 50 and have been sitting in the hall for over two hours! I hate coming here and the workers don’t care about the patients they are very incompetent in patient satisfaction. Waiting in a room over 20 minutes for a doctor. A physical doesn’t take 3 hours to complete this place is a huge JOKE! Will file a report with the health department

Dr. Roemer at the physical therapy department handled my chiropractic care and he was awesome. Not only did he go above and beyond to take care of me and ensure a speedy recovery. He made sure to educate me about my injury and what i had to do to recover fully!

I've been to Proactive for physical therapy. Ron and his physical therapy staff and Dr. Romer and his chiropractic staff are great. The staff has a great personality and a very professional, helpful caring.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Linda Gates, the Director of Client Services at Proactive. It came to my attention at the company that I work for that we needed to get particular health services done the next day for our employees. I was referred to Linda from the front office by a wonderful lady that was polite and helpful. I wish I got her name too, she was just so sweet. Linda answered her phone promptly and she handled the situation QUICKLY, professionally, and kindly. She was available and helped walked me through the paper work and then called each location to make sure they could accommodate our needs. She set everything up so smoothly and painlessly, I honestly felt hopeless as she was the 6/7 call our office made that day and she literally saved my day. I cannot thank her enough and appreciate so much the wonderful service she provided to us.

Wait time is ridiculous. Anywhere from 1 hour to 3. The ''doctor'' Stephen Greene IIRC lied on a legal document that he wore to tell the truth on. Legal action will be taken. Got mad when I still felt pain after months of ''treatment'' and all they did was drug me.

Looks like nurses are walking around scatter brained not focus at all.patients sitting time just to get checked in is an average of 2.5 hours and then another 2.5 hours to get seen by the doctors. Seen Receptionist at the front desk working so slow and not very informative when questions asked.
Reminds me of the movie zootopia on the scene where the sloths are working at the DMV haha that's how the patient care is here.

Have been here multiple times over 2 years, at both locations, for different injuries and various doctors. All but ONE doctor has even cared. Have been yelled at by a doctor for continuing to be sent back to him by work telling me theres no way I could he hurt that bad from what I did (which he later found out I needed surgery for). Doctors spend at a max 5 minutes in the room with you, trying to just get you in and out, then you wait 30+ minutes to schedule follow ups. 3ven now I've been waiting 75 minutes just for a prescription to be written. The front desk is always very kind respectful but the doctors have absolutely no sense of urgency or care

Well everyone has a different experience my was good, the staff was very polite and helpful, they treated me with respect and not just another number walking in. I was only there for about 25 min in and out very quick.

Should be zero star…Bad services and very unprofessional. They charge more compare to other places…only want to get your money as much as they could for not necessary steps…
