DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION EVER. We had an issue with our car so we had it sent to this location and have had nothing but problems, they chose to take in a vehicle that they could not repair and made it hell for us. The owner Carlos threatened us several time and we had to have our car towed back to our home and once it arrived parts were damaged and missing.

Carlos took care of all my problems with my car. He really cares about you and getting it done right.

THE WORST PLACE! They did a horrible work! I took my car to get it fixed and it ended up with more damages.in the momemt i complained about it they denied it saying it was like that already! Honestly don't recommend this horrible place!

This people did not use new parts. They use paste and old headlights on my vehicle even though my insurance told them to use new parts. Don’t trust them go to another shop. They will rip you off

They did a great job on our truck that needed major repairs from an accident. They worked with us on the estimates, did the work quickly, and better than we ever expected. Cannot recommend Carlos and ProColor enough. Fantastic work!

My brand new 21 highlander was in a bad accident, and man Carlos and his team were very patient and very helpful through this whole process for me. Carlos was able to adjust his estimate for me due to certain situations that had occurred. When the time came for me to pick my highlander up, it looked just the same as if I just took it off the lot. I would recommend procolor collision to whom ever needs the get there car repaired!

Great place to have you body work done all collision work is guaranteed. All insurance companies are welcome.

The driver’s side of my car was thrashed. Went to see Carlos for a quote which was reasonable, considering insurance wasn’t covering the repairs. Was told that the repair would take 3 weeks, which is exactly how long it took. My car looks like new!

My car battery got stolen and the hood wouldn’t close shut. Gracie, the super nice young lady, explained to me that the latch could either be realigned or might need replacement. The tech was able to realign it at no cost. I offered to pay for the time and labor, but they declined. They did more than just fix the hood. I was feeling so down about the incident, but Gracie and the tech’s act of kindness really touched me. Thank you so much Gracie️️
