Professio Nails reviews
7I stop in here before heading out of town so I don't have to worry about polishing my nails. The gel always looks great for weeks!
Been coming here for a number of years since it's just down the street. I didn't have too many issues with the previous owners, but I think they reused tools between clients.
The first thing I noticed with the current owners is that they now line the spa pedicure basins with plastic, so it's more hygienic than before. Also when I go in they open a fresh pack of tools, so I don't think they're recycling the same tools on each client anymore. The last couple times I've gone in they've asked if I was paying through zelle, which my CU doesn't support. Said no, I could do venmo, PayPal, or card and we paid by card. I get that it's probably more convenient for them, but don't push for a specific method.
My nails always come out looking great and I'm grateful these guys deal with my ingrown nails. Whenever I try cutting them it always ends up on an angle, so I've stopped. I did dip nails last time and I was hoping they would brush it on, like I've read in a couple articles, but they don't. Seems like an easy way to spread bacteria, so wash your hands before you sit down ladies! Otherwise I think my dip has lasted a month so far, which is a bit longer than the gel.
Love this place sm the staff are always kind and never fail me with my design and doesn’t overprice me for my design.
Grateful for taking me in even if I came after their closing hours. Le was very kind to do my nails and even did an awesome job! Would def go back to this place again.
When everyone else seem to have dismissed us because we were walk-ins, ProfessioNAILS took us in. We did not mind the wait. Sonny gave me a very beautiful French manicure that lasted 3 weeks (could have been 4 weeks if I did not break a nail). Le gave me and hubby a very nice scrubbing and cleaning (pedicure) on the first time. On the second visit, Kim took care of our feet.
Sonny, Le, and Kim are very nice, warm, bashful folks who does a perfect job. We came here for medical reasons (doctor's order) and they made our experience so heavenly without any pain. They have gentle hands. We can now go back to our primary care proud and confident of our hands and feet.
Got gel nails done and the very next day it was lifting off the index finger! Probably won't go there again.
