I love coming to this place, I show them a picture of how I want my nails and they try to do them similar. The lady's do an amazing job

Love this place! I have been going to them when they first opened in vista and now travel to San Marcos. I sometimes wait 2-3 months before going in for a fill and my nails have never lifted, turned yellow etc. Tammy is the sweetest person and her husband Bryan is always making sure everything is going good with all the customers. All the people there are great

Had the best experience my gel manicure was and is amazing and my pedicure the same. Tammy 1 did my gel and Kay did my pedicure. Will definitely return!

Nail Tech Tammy is awesome! Love that she could see I wasn't completely sure of my color choice and brought me up to 5 different colors until I picked my "wow" color. And my pedi tech Kay does amazing work, wish she would have turned on the massage maybe next time. Overall 5 stars BUT pricey!

I came in for a fill and it started okay. My nail tech started giggling making comments to another lady about my twitching (which is completely unintentional. I have a mild case of cerebral palsy). And she didn’t cover my entire nail in gel top coat so not even 6 hours later. This is what it looks like. I really wanted to like this place.

I’ve been to allot of salons over the years, this place is great! No matter who does my nails, they always do a great job.

I love this place really no other way to put it they are the nicest I always get my nails done here I even got my quince 15th birthday set done by Tammy (the pictures are only some of what I have gotten done)

I've been coming to ProfessioNail for the past year or so on and off ever since my old nail tech retired. It's always been easy to book and appointment or walk-in. I've always have had a consistent experience, especially with Tammy (I believe that's her name)! Very efficient and does a great job, at great prices as well.

I've also always felt comfortable here, as a man sometimes people give me a strange look for getting my nails painted. I've never felt that here, everyone is very kind and welcoming!

As an FYI before booking an appointment, they take cash or Venmo. No debit/credit card payments.

Didnt have anything done - just went in for information and a look around - thats why only 3 stars but place looked Very clean and a number of people were having manicures and pedicures. Thats a good sign. Would definitely consider using them altjough prices seemed a bit high and they only accept cash. No crefit or debit card.

I came in with my mother as a walk in and had no problem waiting any amount of time because I knew there were other women who had made appointments but too pretty much be completely ignored and no one ended up helping me after waiting nearly an hour and a half with three other women going to get their services done before me left me feeling utterly disrespected. Waste of time and my day and horrible customer service where nobody even wanted to let me know what was going on so there is mutual communication. Horrible horrible place, don’t waste your time or money. My moms nails don’t even look good

I am so deeply upset I have to post this because this place has been, not only mine, but my family’s go to place since my early high school years (2010). I’ve even recommended this place to a lot of peers because their work is that great. But wow, their lack of communication and professionalism has been lacking lately. I had set up an appointment for someone with a specific nail tech, turns out they didn’t have her scheduled at the time they had told me. The scheduling was through text so the mistake couldn’t have been from mishearing. So she ended up getting her services done by two other nail techs that did a terrible job and was overcharged… She had an unpleasant experience and won’t be coming back. So for my recent experience, a few days ago I called ahead to see if I could swing by for a quick wax, and Bryant lets me know that it’s been a slow day, they’ll be able to take me in between the tech’s appointments since it’s a quick wax. I show up and he tells me to come back in 3 HOURS. I’m sorry but that is not ok. I left feeling so disappointed, especially after making a call ahead of time so I wouldn’t be sent back home, just for it to happen regardless. Not everyone has the time to go back and forth to the nail salon. This is not “professionail” as they claim to be. I understand having one oppsie, but when it’s reoccurring I have to take my business elsewhere.
