16I have been coming here for years. There is no better place. Kenny has magic hands. He's my go to for my pedi
Linda over books and dumps you off to another tech when you specifically scheduled a certain tech n including you requesting to leave early from work to meet her appointment. Happened 3 times. Never going back
Linda over books, appointments often. She will dump you off to another tech because she accepts walk-in’s and then can’t meet your appointment that “you scheduled weeks in advance” and “even left work early for” very unprofessional! Will not return. Happened 3 times too many.
First time here the receptionist was very nice and professional. I was seated right away with out an appointment. I got a spa pedicure for $45 plus I got charged $5 for removal of gel. Pedicure was amazing and worth the cost. I also got a dip manicure which was $40 but got charged an other $10 for the manicure not sure if that is normal since this is my first time getting dip. See pictures for dip outcome, don't having anything to compare to so I think there ok. Overall was there for a little over an hour. The location was easy to find and plenty of parking.
My mom and I come in every two weeks and get our nails done. We have a great experience great bonding and beautiful nails every time. Thank you Cindy in Linda. Even the receptionist always make sure we’re comfortable and always asks if we need anything the whole staff is wonderful Linda also does my eyebrows perfect every time. I recommend everybody to come here.
Helpful details for future patrons - the Google business info has an option to book an appointment online and it doesn’t actually link to the business. You will receive confirmation of the appointment request, but never an actual confirmation and the business never receives it. Appointments are via phone call only. The staff was nice and accommodating even though my appointment was never received. Another helpful note is that they are a cash only establishment - be prepared!
I love coming here to get my nails done! Cindy always takes such great care of me and is so gentle and sweet! Everyone here is so friendly!
I had a dip manicure done this time… (my usual is a gel). Linda always leaves my hands feeling so pretty and I get many compliments on my nails. The staff there is great!
Got my nails done by Linda. I had a bad neck pain and she went above and beyond her duties. She helped me putting some pain oil and gave me a quick massage in the neck. It made my day. Plus my nails are wonderful.
I love coming here
I’ve been coming for the past 4 yrs and Kenny & David are the best when it comes to pedicure. Great messaging too. They’re very nice and professional and kind. Linda is an artist and she is great at what she do! There’s not a design she cannot do. I recommend her ever time I come.
This place is HORRIBLE.i’ll never ever go back. I told her if she can do a certain nail style and she did her own thing.i did not like and OVERLY priced.i do not recommend at all.
I have natural nails that I get dip over. I asked that I just have dip and Linda repeatedly asked me did I want long nail tips. After repeatedly saying no, she stopped asking. Also, Linda did not like that I asked her to not sand my nails down so much because they are my real nails. I understand that she has to get the old powder off but excessive drilling makes my natural nails thin. I also asked that she not dig and scratch my fingers the way she did. I asked nicely and with a smile. She said sorry and proceeded to do the same thing. I was quiet after that and if her nail dug too hard in my finger I flinched. Those were my only concerns. After I was done, I paid and gave her a tip and then was told by the receptionist, Linda doesn’t want to do my nails anymore. First, I had already decided I wouldn’t be subjecting myself to that again. And of course it’s Linda’s prerogative who she wants as a client. I do find it concerning that because a client prefers the nails she’s paying for a certain way is a problem for the tech that she no longer wants to work with them. I also did not like how the receptionist kept calling me girl.not ma’am or miss but anytime she referred to me she called me girl as if it were my name. The overall experience was not inviting nor relaxing and was one of the worst experiences at a nail shop.
I went in three days before Christmas. No appointment with him within 30 minutes. Got the best that I’ve ever had in my life was in an out and a little over two hours. Cindy was amazing teacher my nails look like the picture but better I will be back.
Love going there e vry 2 week I love Kenny and Cindy I live in Grand terrace 30 years and gone there faithfully I spent lots of money but is worth it! Thank you all professionally doing my nails
Always extremely happy with the services I receive here. Linda is my go to nail person. I won't let anyone else do my nails. I have been going to her for about 7 years and she doesn't absolutely amazing job every single time. No matter what design I come up with she gets it done! Very, very clean Salon with extremely friendly staff.
Linda was great I loved my nails 10/10 she’s nice and I will definitely be coming back here
