4If you’re shopping insurance, DO NOT shop Progressive! I signed up with Progressive July 2023, shortly thereafter I was rear ended. Have NOT spoken to my claims adjuster (Anjouli Baller) except the one time she phoned me to fuss me out because I continued to call her since she wouldn’t respond to my messages nor answer her phone and that was like a week after I filed my claim. No other claim representative is allowed to assist you when your adjuster is unavailable or being rude and obnoxious and acting like a spoiled brat. I phoned Anjouli’s supervisor, Jeffery a minimum of 6x’s and Jeff HAS NOT RETURNED ONE SINGLE PHONE CALL nor RESPONDED TO ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT As of this posting (8/18)! I see why progressive agents act so unprofessionally, there’s no consequence for their actions! My car still hasn’t been repaired and I’m still waiting on a phone call from ANYONE from progressive! I paid my FULL premium of 1,200 dollars up front and now I can’t get a phone call? A claim number? Treated respectfully? I’m telling you Progressive is NOT the way to go! I’m currently searching for a new insurer according to reviews Gieco is much better and less expensive than progressive! Soon as I’m passed this obstacle I’m calling Gieco! Online reviews should allow for negative stars because a 1-star rating is too good for progressive!
I was hit by one of their customer and Progressive just denied their responsibility to cover my damage. I spoke to Ms. Yulgly who handled our case and she was very rude to me; she hanged up the phone in the mid of conversation when I asked about why Progressive doesn’t do their job as a insurance company. Bad company. Bad customer service.

Was in a side swipe accident and we were found 0% at fault. This was almost 2 months ago and we still have not been paid. Every time we called our adjuster he never answered the phone never returned calls for weeks at a time and as we called his supervisor she also never returned our calls or emails, nothing. Very unprofessional, you know if we missed a payment or paid late our premium we would be canceled. But they can just string us along. We will definitely be looking into other insurance companies after this.
