7Terrible customer service operator or the lady that answers is bad and hangs up on you I think she blocked my calls because the machine repeats itself.
Prominent Escrow dropped the ball! We signed escrow papers 5 days before we were supposed to close escrow, they didn't send them to the lender until the day we were supposed to close. The lender is in a different time zone and wired the money the next morning. They didn't send the deed to be recorded for another day. I have left several messages and they have never returned my call. When buying and selling, you don't want slow non responsive people! Terrible all around!
Terrible experience with this title company. Delayed closing for no discernable reason, very difficult to get a hold of someone, lack of communication, repeated requests for follow up, no response. They lost our client's vesting worksheet, lost the CDA, FORGOT THE CLOSE DATE. We are a real estate team in Arizona that sells $400 million a year and this title company was not our choice. We will absolutely avoid ever using them again in The future and will fight to eliminate them from future contracts. They are a mess and should be audited. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We signed final closing papers on March 5,2021. Today is March 16,2021, no no money and no reason.also no answering service. What a rip off

Quick to return phone calls, quick to return emails, they work great with all buyers and sellers. We bought a house through Hubzu. They choose this company. I still haven’t received the deed for my property as well as a printed copy of my title insurance. We closed 4/10/20 official may have been 4/15/20 I was told the court house should get the deed. When I called the court house I was told it doesn’t work that way in this state. Today is 5/28/20. I was told on 5/12/20 “It will be mailed to you”
