I've been going here to do my taxes for many years. This is the last time. They charged me 500 dollars to do my taxes, and the preparer didn't even mention how much it was going to cost. I'm very upset. I'll be using Turbo Tax from now on. My husband and I needed that money for an apartment. What a RIP off!
