My dear neighbor recommended Pronto Tax and I made an appointment within 3 days. The receptionist "Cynthia" was so professional and sweet. The ambiance was down to earth and not stuffy or messy. I had an appointment with Tim who was amazing, cordial, and had an aura that was relaxing. Step by step he explained the tax preparation and directed his monitor to my attention. Overall there aren't enough stars to rate Pronto Tax Service. That's how good this family business is run.

The time i walked into here was because my mom and i had recently moved and we were looking for a tax place nearby that takes appointments. I knew nothing about my taxes and all i know is that i have to do it.

He gives me great advice, too on how to manage my savings and be able to maximize my returns. He's been very helpful to me and my business and now i recommend him to everyone who asks for tax help.
