Pronto insurance is fantastic! They really helped me find a great price for insurance. Right now insurance is about 18% higher than it has been, with my history I knew id be hard to locate someone to insure me. Luckily I talked to Carla, who is a nice, professional, and proactive person. She kept checking in with me and got me connected to Ruby. From there, that power team not only got me hooked up with great insurance with all the things I needed, but also really helped me with learning the ins and outs I needed to know. Ruby, who is such a blessing got me insured in record time compared to how things were playing out for me when I was on my own. I really highly recommend this company. If you get to talk to Carla and Ruby, then you will not be disappointed. Such great people, really made me happy with how proactive and friendly they were. 10/10 I’ll be back again, if need be. Worse insurance I have had I was battling between trying to pay em and funeral and hot late one day not only did they charged me 12 dollars more late fee but the e were rude snd very unprofessional

Wose insurance I ever had trying to file a claim an talk to someone has been a very big pain very unprofessional not sure why there still in bissness if they can’t answer there phones when trying to file a claim been more then 72 hours

Kept my policy open 3 months after cancellation to try and sneakily keep collecting my money (250$ a month) Until I finally noticed. Now they are running me in circles, saying I need to sign a form but then won't send me that form to complete cancellation. Total scam artists

I've been with pronto for quite some time now. I would highly recommend this insurance agency to everyone. They are very helpful and respectful. I just paid my insurance and Wendy helped me and she was really nice and made me feel comfortable and felt like I've known just the short time we talked. So please give them a shot if you haven't found good insurance cuz Pronto is the best. Thank you Wendy.
