4This family practice is awful the receptionist is extremely rude and incompetent I think her name was Jade she makes getting care very difficult. I do not recommend going here if you have a choice. If I could rate my experiences here with zero stars I would.
Immensely rude receptionist making an appointment before they even open and VERY dismissive. Go literally ANYWHERE else!
If you like seeing a different nurse practitioner (good luck if you want a doctor) and enjoy rude women answering your call and treating you and your medical issues like you're a burden on them then this is the place for you.
Front Desk clerks are super nice.my provider doesnt seem to know whats going on. Went in for 2 complaints requesting an ENT referral. Was given a dermatologist referral and a general surgery referral with no ENT referral.
