2Very nice people who try to help you. Brought my bike and a backpack and there was no bike rack to park my bike and backpack was too big to put into the locker and they helped me by putting my bike and backpack at one of their rooms.
Everyone here is very nice and calm. The process of taking an exam is pretty straight forward and easy. The cool thing that I'd like to mention is that if your exam begins at a certain time and you arrive and check in early, say 8: 45am, you can begin your exam at that time, rather than the appointed time, say 9am. Also, online when you sign up for the exam, it doesn't mention this, but they do have noise cancelling headphones as well as ear plugs, for those of us who get distracted. This facility also has lockers to store your stuff, because you literally cannot bring anything in. Very pleasant experiences for the 3 times I've been here.
