Please check the Better Business website for complaints and Yelp's reviews prior to choosing this establishment. This place has an F rating on BBB. It is a large and inpersonal business with medicore therapists. I have had a negative experience and the office is inefficient. I received a bill for a cancelled appointment and I called to cancel my child's appointment well ahead of time (I have phone records to show). I stated this to them and they refuse to reverse any charges. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and will not be returning. I have multiple emails and messages into them requesting to speak to a manager but have not heard back. If you are reading this and have a similar complaint, I suggest filing a complaint with the BBB.

Tammy Runge has been a Godsend. I've been seeing her for about 3 years and she had helped me so much on how to deal with stress and depression. When the offices were open, staff was very friendly and helpful. Telehealth visits are going great! Thank you Psycare for having Tammy part of your team:)

I absolutely love my therapist. She is punctual and thorough. She stays on with me for the alloted time, and even stayed on for a few more minutes because I remembered something I needed to process real quick. She suggests excellent books or articles and really encourages me. I'm hoping she will be my therapist for a long time!

My Therapist rushes me out the door after 15-20 minutes. I got my first bill and it says sessions are supposed to be 38-52 minutes!

The staff where friendly and grateful for my health professional Richard Bladh, MFT. He uses a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach to help others.

I was a cash patient for 8 years with this establishment and now that my doctor retired after waiting for 3 weeks for an answer if they can assign me to another doctor, they just called me after I was calling they finally called to tell me that they whole administration is full and they can’t help me, since “another doctor retired” when I asked which doctor retired “their great customer service “ responses why do you need that information. Well I know that they are not telling the truth so I have one last appointment with my great doctor, but I feel after 8 years, a cash customer has been not shown any loyalty but I found another doctor close to my office and already have an appointment. They have good doctors but the front desk and administration will end up “frustrating”. Just find another doctor who is independent with credentials and avoid the “drama” of Paychare.

I am only giving this facility two stars because of Tammy Runge, my therapist, she is excellent. Otherwise I would give it a one. The reception staff is very rude. They will leave you on hold for 10 min. And then be nasty about it. Their policies are very rigid. If ever you need to talk to management for any reason it is a very unpleasant interaction, and do not miss an appointment because they charge you $100.00 regardless of the circumstances. If I could go to a different company I would. This experience has been very unpleasant.

Calling this company is the worse! Every in this company needs to go through customer service training and they need to get rid of the 100.00 deposit for canceled appointments. For helping people with mental illnesses you sure are more illness then helping!

Doctors for this company don't know how different drugs react to medical marijuana so they won't treat MMJ patients. Doctors need more schooling, save yourself and don't go here.
