Don't bother calling for an appointment. Since the acquisition by Mindpath, they've apparently entirely stopped answering their phones. You'll just sit on hold for 10+ minutes and then they'll hang up. Even calling Mindpath directly and having them try to contact the office completely fails. I'm pretty sure this location has closed and they're just not bothering to tell anyone.

RUN! Far from this place. If I could give -10 stars I would.

It’s been nothing but a nightmare. First they schedule an appointment with me and send no confirmation email, so I don’t have the address, date or time. Then they call me 30 minutes before my appointment to “remind” me, but I’m at work, so I call to cancel because I wasn’t aware the appointment was even booked. They bill me $75- which I still haven’t paid because I refuse to acknowledge this appointment existed without a confirmation email and not knowing it’s location.

Now, I tried to call to get a prescription refill, and they can’t process it because I don’t know the address of the center I receive care at, because I’ve never received it in an email, nor do I have a patient portal or anything where I could look this information up.

My actual psychiatrist is great but this place is a total patient mill. They aren’t trying to help people, they just want to make money off as many of us as possible. As soon as I get my prescription filled, I’m going elsewhere.

These people don't have your mental health as their top priority. They treat you like another $$$ grab opportunity as they continue to change prices and bill you ridiculous amounts for a 15 min televideo an absolute joke. They have the audacity to keep sending me scare letters like my condition will deteriorate if I don't continue these 15 minute way overpriced calls and to keep refilling and changing my prescription. No thanks! I have found services elsewhere your lost and sad my primary provider from Sharp even referred me here to begin with.

Being billed for appointments I never made. My psychiatrist was wonderful but the system of the agency is the worst. The psychiatrist I had for like lost 20 years until I had a different one should have chosen being in any field where she didn’t have to deal with people. No personality and no people skills, had me on meds that kept me in a zombie state.

Crummy service.

The receptionist tells me the psychiatrist is busy with patients today, and that isn't the reason why I haven't gotten a response on medication refill that I called about in the early morning. I ask her when she's free, and then she looks it up and realizes the Dr is out for the day. I don't appreciate someone lying to me because they aren't doing their job correctly.

This company will try to get you to do telehealth meetings when all you need is a prescription refill. Just so they can charge $475 for 60 second conversation that isn't necessary.

Then they will send your prescription to the pharmacy, and not bother to check if the nation wide shortage of the prescription will affect me. I get to waste my time driving to the pharmacy assuming the prescription is filled.

To top it off, I paid my bill for the month, and they still send me the another invoice the following day, stating that I didn't pay. I guess they hope patients double pay.

If you can find another company, I recommend you do. The customer service is terrible, at best.
