Pt Plus, Downey CA

I've been coming to PT Plus for almost a year with Johnny. I would recommend this location to anyone because Johnny and staff do an excellent job, caring for their patients. He is very professional and attentive therapist to all the patients. The employees are very welcoming, never had an issue. Excellent experience! The staff and therapist are excellent, polite, and caring. Thank you Johnny and all the staff for you're hard work.

I just started going and all the staff is great I didn't have any problem scheduling my first appointment, when I arrived the girls in the front desk are on top of stuff and my PT Jonny is great he takes the time to listen n explain in detail he ask question to help you get back to your normal activities thank you Jonny n your team for a great job

Johnny is amazing! He takes the time out to really help you heal and fix your injuries. And he’s super kind and compassionate!

I've been going to pt plus rehab for some time and I love this place. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Johnny is the best PT. The employees are nice to everyone that comes to the clinic. Johnny is very attentive to all of his patients. He also likes to make sure you get better. He also challenges you to give it your all without you getting more hurt. Melissa and Natalie are very respectful and try to make sure you get your appointments to your schedule.

Iam attending therapy a few months ago with Paolo Leonardo he is an excellent person, very professional, he takes great care of his patients, he gives them the right tension, hopefully I’m always there like him, I think there is no other, I feel satisfied with everything he does thanks to him, I feel better.

PTs at this location are all friendly and helpful. Johnny made therapy enjoyable and sensible. He took my daily activities and occupation into consideration during his assessments and sessions. I was able to return to work with full range of motion and pain free. Thanks, Johnny!

Johnny is a great physical therapist, he really cares about his patients and takes the time to explain things and teach you the exercises. The rest of the staff and very nice and friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming for a few weeks now, and everyone has been amazing, especially Paolo, he’s very attentive to his patients and listens to their needs, he’s great at explaining each exercise and I already feel a great improvement and it’s all thanks to this team!

They rarely answer there phones. I called 4 times and left messages then I blocked my number and called and they finally answered. I set up 2 appointments and they were fine on my third appointment I woke up with a sore throat and called to cancel until I got a vivid test which was negative and called back left a message to schedule my next appointment and I have not heard back in 2 weeks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service. I would not go here but my insurance assigned me to this place.

I was scheduled for a 10am appointment. I had never been here before, so I called them for directions. Someone answered and ask me to hold, I managed to find the place on my own since I was placed on hold for 28 minutes. When I got there I saw the phone flashing and since I have 20 years in Telecomm, I knew they were lying when they said their phones must be acting up. I would of appreciated a truthful answer like im just not in the moid to answer the phones. Also the pool was dirty and pubic hairs were floating in the pool, The pool did not smell like chlorine and was advised they clean the pool once a week. I own a pool so I can tell you thst a pool is cleaned every day.

The pool is dirty you're waiting outside in the heat for them to open at 1 p.m. The stop don't always check to see if you're really doing your workout I don't like going there when the pool is more than six people in it so it can handle 8 I get a little claustrophobic with that many body is in one pool I feel that the physical therapist should actually be in the pool with you while you're doing your therapy how do they know if you're really doing it or not but then again if you're not doing your therapy then you're only cheating yourself out I complained about one lady because she peed in the pool and I thought that was disgusting another time I noticed that the bathroom is always filthy there's only one shower stall in the women's shower area and there are no seats inside the actual shower while you sit there the men come in and out of the pool area so that it doesn't make me feel safe enough to take a full shower
