7DONT PARK HERE! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DONT TAKE CARE OF CARS. SEEN EMPLOYEE DRIVING OFF FAST IN A CROWDED PARKING
In this parking lot the people in the valet parking stole my purchases from a suitcase in my car.
Very rude staff, I had to ask the guy to calm down and address to me with good manners after being asked to pay in a very inappropriate way, then he gave me an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Worst experience in a parking ever,
Was treated very rudely, expensive and run by people with no manners.
Rude valet - treating customers (who pay 20$ to park here) very badly! Poor facility too with no elevators (at least in B2 where I parked). They only accept cash and if you draw cash at ATM, they will take 4 $ extra for withdrawing cash - clear cut fraudsters! These kind of places should be closed and the owner should be charged for fraud!
They told me to park blocking someone elae's car in and leave my keys in the car. I did, as I had already paid and wasn't given another option. Then I get back to my car and all the lights were left on inside. I go to leave and tell the guy, he says he had to move my car with a jack because I didn't leave the keys and basically tried to shove me off about it saying they'd only left my lights on for "five minutes" and that the car started so I shouldn't be upset. Never again will I go here.
Tricks you about the price. The sign outside the garage says $12/3 hours. When you drive in they tell you that the price is fixed at $15. Not cool.
