Occupied a storage site at 54th St San Diego location for 8 months. Entire staff was excellent. Victoria attended me when I checked in and remembered my name when I checkout out. She was most professional, courteous and friendly.

I really enjoy how easy it is to get to my space. I have a unit you can drive up which makes it very easy to get to my things when I need to. The property is always clean and I regularly see the manager making sure it it kept that way.

Moving can be stressful. The manager Sovenia was very patient and helpful. She reviewed various options with me and did not get upset as i went back in forth with my decision. She was determined to help me find what I needed within my budget. She is awesome! Im not sure what they pay her but give that woman a raise. She earned it working with me!

Came in looking for storage for my mom and did not know what I needed and honestly was a little hesitate. Sovenia was really helpful and made the process easy. Answered all the questions I had.

Anthonette was AMAZING. When I initially called to reserve the unit I was told access was open till 9pm, but when I got here at 4pm I was told access was only till 5pm. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get here and my moving crew was 30 minutes behind me.

Anthonette immediately got on the phone and assured me not to worry she would extend my access! Thank You God for Anthonette and her great customer service skills!

Sovenia was very sweet. She was busy when I came in the office but she still had a great attitude and made sure everyone was taken care of. She also made sure I got the right space.

You know I have to be honest, I was a little upset how much money they make you pay up front. They say it is half off first month but after all the hidden charges it comes to even more than the monthly price for moving in. I don’t understand why they have to charge you $45 for administration and a lock. That is outrageous! But on the fair side, the storage is pretty nice.

Andre Jackson at the Federal Blvd location was entertaining, informative and fast. He made it a very uncomplicated experience. It was the easiest part of my day.

I rented a unit for one month. The service was excellent. I was very happy that i could stay for just one month with no penalties or catches! The staff really want to make sure your things are protected and go the extra mile. I highly recommend this place to people who need storage for a little or long time

They are extremely helpful and are professional in attitude all the way. They have some of the lowest prices for the area for storage also. I've been with them for over 6 years now and I've always felt safe and content with them.
