Good place for storage, great hours, right off the freeway, nice and clean place great service by Rigoberto very knowledgeable and very polite been to others public storages and different cities since I have to relocate a lot for business purposes and was so impressed on this worker compare to other locations he definitely deserves a review about how he treats costumers, fist time after many times being in different areas of Public storages this one has the best service ever.

I had heard about the 50% off sale at Public Storage and the closest one to me was the location on Osborne street. Unfortunately they did not have the size that I needed available but their great associate there, Rigo was so very kind enough to help me find a location nearby that had the unit size that I needed, at the sale price! Rigo went above and beyond by finding the unit that I needed. He even made arrangements for me with the manager at the Sheldon Street location, to give me a tour of available units in my size category and paving the way for a smooth rental. At a time when everything is stressful and hectic, Rigo certainly made the rental process the easiest part! Thank you, Sir!

Hey just wanted to leave a 5star review on the excellent customer service I’ve received from public storage. Very friendly people and they really care. I lost my keys and I have all my things in storage and not even 10 mins of being there the staff assisted me in removing my old lock so I can replace it. Thank you guys
