The facility is calm and clean, easy to access and conveniently located.

Alex, the gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and explained everything very well, showed me the unit and explained all the fees that entailed! 5 star service from Jasmine at Public Storage; she was knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve used Public Storage in the past and never had any complaints. I was in a pinch this weekend and I’m happy to say that their office was open and available to check me in on a Sunday! 5 other storage units would reserve a unit for Sunday but wouldn’t actually be open until Monday or Tuesday at the latest to give me access.

Cindy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help get our needs met with finding a unit that would meet our needs and price point, as well as making suggestions and assisting with purchasing some packaging supplies. Cindy is very personable, always pleasant. This is my first storage rental experience, and she has made it easy!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the door, Sarah and Karen took care all of my needs. Sarah greeted me and inquired as to the size of unit I would be needing. They looked through their book and found me the best storage unit with the best pricing. Sarah gave me a tour of the unit and when I offered to see a different one she graciously showed me one to my liking, which also happened to be closer to the elevator. She explained the best lock for safety. Signed, sealed, and delivered. I was impressed by their expertise in getting me what I needed. Thank you Ladies.
