Very secure, clean and new! I have had units at other facilities that have gotten broken into and management was not very helpful, but I feel confident storing my things here and the management is very helpful and accommodating!
Clean and quiet.
Difficult to find carts now that you don’t need ID to get a key at the front desk.

This location is awesome! Lee Ho helped us after a stressful morning of not be able to get our vehicle into a unit at a different location. We came in last minute and she and her associate were quick, concise, showed us to our unit and helped us with cancellation and refunding of our previous location’s unit all while on a time crunch to catch a flight home for the holidays. I can not express enough appreciation for the work they did for us at a moments notice. We made it to our gate before boarding and still had time to grab a coffee! The storage facility itself is clean and organized and we felt safe leaving our belongings there. Highly recommend this location. Thank you so much Lee Ho!

Giant, well-managed, ultra secure, and clean storage factory. Aside from the main gate, there are two other checkpoints where you will need to input your access code, before you get to your storage room. Some may find this annoying but my storage has been broken into before (not at a Public Storage) and I'm happy to see these security measures.
There are multiple storage buildings on this facility. The one that I used had only 2 available carts. Another renter I spoke to told me they think that people steal the carts because there had previously been more.
Maybe PS can put some kind of alarm on them so they can't be taken out of the facility, because it was super inconvenient not to be able to use a cart when I was expecting one.
That being said, be sure to have a hand truck or something with you if you need that.

Public Storage puts profit over customer experience. In two years they increased my monthly payment by 70%. And the experience has gotten worse.
No complain on the team of associates in the facility. But the investment they do in the property to justify such high rent raises…. It’s lacking!
We used to have 4 carts in my lobby. The last few times I went there, there were 0 carts. With 0 cars parked there. Having carts is such a basic need for a storage unit. They expanded the facility a lot so I assume they moved those carts to other lobbies and didn’t new ones to save money. BUY MORE CARTS!
They also added a new gate that makes it annoying to get in/out. You cannot open the pedestrian gate, it needs a key. And you have spend time to open to the car gate to get in and get out of the facility. To get out! I understand they might want to add security. But they could improve the experience by (1) read license plates and open the gate for cars registered under an account, (2) allow cars to leave without spending time opening the gate, and (3) allow pedestrians to use the code / app to go through the pedestrian gate. STOP ADDING FRICTION!

Great place to store leeho is a very awesome person n worker this would always be my first pick to store short term fasure great experience for storing for my first time the team are also great helpers thank you all for you help

Lee Ho is awesome! She helped us get the best location at the best price! Customer service was great and the new facility looks so clean and bright and perfect temperature!:) highly recommend! And she is super friendly!
