I want to give a shout out to LUPE for all her help. She was super reliant, efficient, & understanding in helping me situate my client into a storage unit despite some mishaps on our end. Thank you for such great customer service lupe! Also, the units are very spacious & can take up some good space height wise

Came this morning to rent a unit I experienced the best customer service with Lupe, she was phenomenal walked me and explained the process very efficiently she also set me with the application to access the property with my phone

This place is terrible. Our unit got broken into from 2 side walls. The walls were kicked in. Looking through the giant holes it looks like several other units also got broken into as well. It was all done from the inside so the unit looked fine from the hallways.
The elevators close on you right away and the sensors dont reopen the door when you are there, then the whole thing locks up and the office workers have no idea what they are doing and blame the customers for it and are rude and slow when they have to fix it, which only requires resetting it. There is no sense of urgency at all when there is an issue.
It looks nice from the outside and the manager is nice but you can put a bow on garbage but it's still trash.

This is a great place to store your things, Lupe gives great customer service she is very helpful

So I am currently a customer of this Public Storage and I was interested in renting out a space that is closer to home. I found this location and decided to ask for price differences. After being greeted by Lupe and Alexis, I explained my situation and Lupe took the wheel from there. She is what I would call the “whole package”. Initially there was nothing available near the price range I am currently on paying but after much diligence, Lupe was able to find a storage at their location near the same price point. On top of everything the location is great with a clean up environment. Deff recommend!

This storage facility has been nothing but a big joke from day one. They offer Dolly use yet when I went to get the dolly it was locked up the worker couldn't find the key to unlock it so therefore I was unable to use it 5 minutes later somebody else went up to the front for Dolly use and was given the dolly. Then my password wasn't working and I couldn't get in or out without having to go to the office for help. To top it off they took a payment without my consent when I updated my settings and changed from automatic payment in which I never okay in the first place to no automatic payments. Then when I requested my money be credited back to my card because I'm leaving after 30 days they said I had to wait till I moved out of the unit and then I would be credited that money to my account. They are so unhelpful and just money grabbing belongings stealing pathetic excuse for a storage unit now they close at 6: 00 p.m. During Monday through Friday and 5: 00 p.m. On the weekend which is ridiculous people don't even get off work until that time so they can't even get into their units when they need to. I will never store my stuff at public storage again ever I don't care if it's a dollar for the first 5 months I will never go there again and I would suggest nobody else go there either.

Lupe helped me set My online account everytime i come to My unit she si ready to help in any way she can i always see her maintaning the location clean. I am glad to have selected this location yo store
