Every time you go there says open but there is no one to help and close. No attendant says we’re open. Pure customer service.

The manager Sofia absolutely wonderful and very helpful she is definitely an asset to public storage. She is what other manager should aspire to be. Thank you Sofia for all your help in the past couple years.

Sofia is the absolute best! She is the epitome of Customer Service. Her response time is incredible! She's quick to call back, help you in person whether it's with your individual storage unit or the Public Storage App. In a day where there are long lines and rude people, Sofia is the opposite! She's positive and completely focused on the customer experience. I would drive extra mileage just to have Sofia be my onsite manager for all of my Storage needs.

The bill increases every 90 days went from paying $70 to $130 in less than a year never was informed of this.

Sofia is the best. PART 1. I wanted to downsize but the other location on Cedar was vacant, at least two days in a row, so Sofia offered to do my transfer from her location. PART 2 After I realized my stuff wouldn't fit in the smaller unit, I humbly asked Sofia to cancel everything. Sounds simple but me having two units, cancelling one within 24 hrs, starting a new one etc, made my request complicated but Sofia handled everything well. She explained the refund for the smaller unit might not show for a day or two. PART 3 She called me back more than once to give me updates on my account because she noticed the refund still hadn't posted on my account, which is fine. I mean who does that? Checks on a customers account to make sure everything posted correctly and then calls back with information. Amazing. Best customer service I've ever had in any service. Very personable, conversational, polite, professional, knowledgable, friendly, laughs at my stupid jokes. I can't say enough good things about Sofia. Makes me want to rent from their facility even if I live far away.:)
