Love this place plus it's stays open pretty late considering it's a storage place most close super early and to be honest I'm not an early bird kind of girl. I snooze in too much. They have friendly staff especially the main manager. She super sweet and will even sometimes give my kids little gift including when it been hot she's given then ice pops which thank you a million. They love it. I like also that the staff is never really checking up on you as long as they don't see any kind of drama they just say hi and pass by. But if you do have a question they get it answered super fast. I left a voicemail about a question I had and within less then an hour I had a call coming in to help me with my questions. Thank I would totally recommend this place to anyone

I was in need of a unit and compared prices of near by storage units. I called around to ask some questions but when I called Public Storage on Aborn, Kolbie answered all my questions. She also invited me to visit the site and was very helpful in providing insight on the different size units available for our family’s needs. I always appreciate good customer service!

I came to this facility the other day with my friend who stores here and it was such a great experience. The property is so clean and nice. When we got to my friends unit to put her stuff inside I saw the girl working that day was cleaning and scrubbing the orange roll up doors. She takes care of the property so well, I’ve never actually seen an employee go that above and beyond to maintain their facility. Great job girl and keep up the good work.

The representative at the front, Kolbie, gave exceptional customer service and made my life along with the downsizing process so much easier. I was honestly shopping at other storage places as well, but with the cost that she helped me save and the customer service given - I immediately decided to just take the down size unit with this Public Storage location. I've rented a unit here for 2 years now, and this is the cleanest, safest Public Storage property that I have ever seen. Kolbie, the property manager, always waves and smiles as you drive in and keeps the property well maintained and clean. (It is the *Cleanest* bathroom I've ever seen at ANY storage facility.seriously)
