Martha is the best! So kind and helpful, Rented here on an off over the years and she is always so friendly and willing to help. When my door was dented she got it fixed right away, asked the last person 3 times and it never happened. She was also very accommodating when I brought my friend in to rent a unit and my friend can’t walk well, she bright everything to the car to her!

Melanie is truly the best of the best! She helped me so much today. You should give her a raise and an award!

Cherese was literally our hero at the public storage off Raytheon road in San Diego. After a stressful week having her supper and incredible customer service made it feel like she is an angel here to help us out. Thank you public storage for hiring someone like Cherese! She deserves a promotion!

I got a space today Cherese let me know everything I needed to know about my space the Public storage app and she told me about the Damp️ Got that very easy process moving in at this location she was very professional and Knowledgeable

Great Park! I Remember coming here with my nieces! Still Quiet clean! Plus there is alot of space! Ps you can have adult beverages!

Facility is dated, no lights in the units, wood floors that allow you to see into units below, and had issues with water leaking when it rained. Notified the woman at the front of the leak and she said she could put in a request and that it would take time, recommended moving things out of the way of the leak. Didn't seem to care, it was only after I pushed for an actual solution did she offer to rent me a different unit, and I was still charged a fee for having both units for that one day. Rent increased by 40% this past month, which they notify you through the mail instead of your email or the app they make you download. Never had issues with the company until this location, but this will be my last time using a Public Storage facility.

This Facility Has Excellent Costumer Service, Very Welcoming And Friendly, Got The Pleasure To Meet Martha. This Place Is Also Super Clean And Spacious. I Recommend This Place.

Hi I wanted to comment on the exceptional customer service that was provided to me by Natasha and Martha on my recent rental. Both are to be commended on their level of support and making the process seamless. They are as an asset to the public storage brand and I recommend them for any advancement as well as public recognition.

I got my unit broken into, they stole my tvs my chef tools and broke a bunch of expensive glassware. Sadly they said I didn't get insurance even though I remember talking to the person about it on the phone when I got the unit. The staff was nice but I don't recommend this place because someone renting their stole all my stuff.

I recommend this place. It is very clean and is renting at a good price. Also, Martha is a nice, very sweet, courteous and helpful person.

Great tour and options. I have been searching and I think I found the best place and best price in town! The online rental option is awesome and easy to navigate, perfect for busy people with limited time. I would give them 10 stars. Ask for Martha. She took care of all my questions and concerns, was attentive and really nice.

Martha was such a great help! She gave excellent & easy directions to follow once my GPS fowled up. If it wasn’t for her I might have not found the place. Once there she answered all my questions from pricing to location, she even provided me w/a measuring tape so I could triple check & make sure everything would fit. Martha even spoke *** in Español *** making it easier for my mom to understand what was going on. I feel safe knowing I am leaving my things w/someone like Martha. She deserves a raise, thank you for all your help Martha you rock
