Public Storage, Spring Valley CA

I went shopping for a storage unit today to temporarily aide our moving process. I went to 2 different facilities in the area before this one and found no availability at the first place and possible availability but poor service at the second one where the lady at the office recommended I shop on their website instead. If I wanted to do that I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas to drive down.

I ended up a Public Storage in Spring Valley where Allie took care of us so well! She was very welcoming, I made the comment that she should be in the hospitality industry. She didn't act like she was too busy to help us and she even took us on the property to show us the different size units. The process was very easy. We love the location and the security measures this place has. Thanks to Allie we also know exactly how to get to the unit, restrooms and moving dollies. 5 star service, 5 Star business

Shout out to Sarah and team for helping me open a storage unit! She was very kind and professional and even walked me to my unit. Sarah also did an amazing job setting me up and conveniently placing me in an easy access location so that moving my belongings was a smooth transition. Glad to have picked an amazing place to store my things.

Alexandra is the best. She was willing and able to assist me with all of my questions and concerns. The staff here seems extremely patient and helpful, which can sometimes be hard to come by.

The ladies here are incredibly sweet! We were able to gain access to our unit a day early and they didn’t rush us out when we’re getting the last of things off our truck. They helped me into the elevator with my dolly as I carried my 9 month old on my hip. Just amazing, you don’t get that kind of service as often these days.

Aside from the amazing service, the units are very clean and secure! Highly recommend ️

This place is friendly, ladies give the best customer service every time. Wish cheaper but it is what it is per corporate.

Rent for my unit was $151 and has now increased to $343 over 4 years. However, the exact unit at the exact same location is being advertised and rented for $229 or online special pricing of $183. This makes absolutely no sense.

Sarah was nice when we moved she accommodated all our needs walked us to the storage when we came back a second time she helped us get upstairs when we didn't know what we were doing every time we come and we see her she always has a smile on her face and she's so polite just wanted to let you know that she is been extremely kind and you have a good employee

There are no number labels anywhere so you have no idea where you're going the first time you show up, but other than that it's great!

I received outstanding customer service from Sarah. Going through the covid blues and she definitely helped.

The service provider Chantel was WONDERFUL! She was friendly and took her time to show me my options and locations of multiple units. As well as take care of walk in clients. If i could give 10 I would. Great person and saved me time and money.
