Public Storage, Cupertino CA

The manager Jennifer was great! She made sure we were able to get the best deal. We had a storage at a different location and we were thinking about moving to this one. She discussed with use all our options and even put in a request to see if she could get us a better discount and stay where we were. Thank you so much Jennifer for going the extra mile!

This review is for Public Storage in Cupertino. It’s relatively new and they have lots of spots available. Got a good deal during Memorial Day sales. Keoni is great to work with! We went the day before and she showed us the options available and was very helpful during the move. We needed a bigger unit and she helped facilitate that as well. Compared to the service at other locations, I would definitely recommend working with Keoni.

Found this location online and got a great promotional deal. When I visited the site in person I was pleasantly surprised at how huge, nice, and clean this place is. There was only one person there, her name was KEONI, and I am here to tell you what a gem she is. She managed to handle the incoming phone calls and get me registered within minutes. Best customer service I have ever had, hands down

Jennifer is very helpful with move-in! Closest location to elevator and fast access to app. Helped me download app. Got best deal on internet. Very helpful and kind too!

Selena helped with the closing of the short account. Being personable and polite made the transaction smooth. Perhaps management would be a good fit with her comprehension of PS policy. The facility is maintained well, with modern security.

They are very helpful and have great prices. Bianca was incredibly nice and provided great service!

It's a new storage so it's very clean. The customers I've interacted with are very friendly and staff are too.

I came yesterday at 8: 55 pm with the truck full of stuff and they closed the doors on me and laughed about it

Love Love Love this Public Storage location - but especially LOVE the extraordinary customer service that Keoni provided to us! Keoni was well informed, courteous, efficient, and friendly. All in all, Keoni made renting a storage space easy and quick!

A1 service and 5 stars for the cleanliness and quality of the facility when it comes to safety, its climate control system and management. Keoni, Destiny, Bianca and James were all very helpful and assisted me with my reservation and move in recently and it was one smooth process. Kudos to the team in Cupertino!

KEONI is a great rep! She answered all our questions, explained everything about our terms and showed us a great unit to move our stuff into. Positive energy the entire time, and always has a smile. That's great customer service. If you need a storage unit, she's the one to go to!

Great customer service from KEONI! Toured me around the storage, mentioned details and options, and accommodated me quite well. (I had crutches at the time I was viewing my unit) Always carried herself with a positive energy.

The unit itself was a downstairs unit that was perfect for our needs with plenty vertical space. The building has only been in the area since last December, so it's a fairly new building.

Bianca was incredibly kind and helpful, and made the storage set up process quite easy. All the staff here are very accommodating and made adjustments for me as my schedule and storage needs changed. The 5x5 locker is surprisingly large for the price, and the units were quite clean and well maintained. Overall great experience, thank you Bianca!
