The restrooms and storage area is well kept and clean, Justine the manager is friendly and very welcoming, walking around regularly checking the place for trash and greeting customers. Very professional.

Drove 25 mins to this place for the rental office not to be open, claims 1st month is free at the office and online but according to small disclaimer nobody reads it’s only at certain locations, we call in and Ethan answers the phone tell him will pass for now then tries arguing with us when we say will pass. Don’t recommend

The manager, Justine, helped me get everything setup from beginning to end with ease! She was stellar and had an answer for all of my questions. There were other customers ahead of me and she was accommodating and handled everything quickly. Appreciate all of her assistance and for being amazing all around.

Justine is amazing and answered all my questions! Very professional and didn’t treat me like just a customer. Took the time to understand my situation and always says hi when my family stops in. Couldn’t ask for a better overall experience!

If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! Josh is the best! He has beyond amazing customer service skills and really took the time to ensure the perfect size unit for all my storage items. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family!

I have been a customer for many years at this location (since Public Storage took over the facility). The new manager has gone out of his way to make sure that I was pleased with the service there and has shown a personal interest in doing so. I would highly recommend this facility!

Had a great experience at this location. The manager JR was very friendly and accommodating. I was locked out of my storage unit and JR went out of his way to take care of it.

My experience they're at Public Storage was really good Dominique help me out with what I needed an answer my questions she's really nice and polite in a good personality and I'm thinking about coming back to rent out a storage unit

The service at this place was horrible. We spoke to the manager on the phone and we went all the way out of our way drove 30 miles just for the manager to tell us that he could not help us when we then asked if he knew of any other people who can help us she shrugged us off and was very rude.the only reason I gave this place one star is because it wouldn't allow me to give it to zero.

If you're looking for storage in the Solana Beach area, I highly recommend this Public Storage location! The staff could not be more professional, friendly and accommodating! The property is clean, safe and my family and I couldn't be happier with our experience!

I was helping my cousin with moving and getting a storage unit, and we first stopped to buy some boxes. The prices were very good and Stephanie was so very helpful and friendly, we will definitely be going back to Public Storage and recommending this business to family and friends. It was also very clean, which is a plus.
