Public Storage, Irvine CA

Both Jen and Jurnee we're very helpful in helping me to decide what kind of units I would need at the best possible price! They were both very knowledgeable and friendly individuals who had an excellent demeanor of professionalism and a wonderful personal touch with customer service. They ended up finding a unit a little bit closer to my home at a different location but still were able to help me get the best deal and I was given so much knowledge about all of the properties not just their own. My personal property felt safe and secure with them knowing that they are vigilant and with their lock checks and security of all the customers and units there.love this location and all of Public Storage! Would recommend 10 out of 10

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who is renting a space at this public storage facility. She was elated with the customer service she experienced. Getting into her old age she's not as tech savvy as the average person but the employee jurnee showed her so much kindness and grace. Thank you jurnee for all of your help with my mothers unit!

I went to Laguna wood Moulton I needed help and Howard took the time to show me multiple units as well as set up app and complete my reservation for 6 Whatney in Irvine. Caring service goes along way. Thanks for all the help 10 Stars.

I have not personally used the storage but I have helped several people move things in and out and it is a very secure building, and fairly easy to navigate if you look at the posted maps!

Jan is very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The place is clean. I have been checking a few storage facilities and by far, this is the best because of the reasonable rates, convenient access hours, clean, and friendly staff like Jan.

Wow! What an incredible experience at this facility. Jennifer is a superstar employee and was so helpful. She was extremely gracious, kind, and informative throughout the entire rental process. She took her time to help me and also made sure I got the best deal. This is a rare find in terms of employees and customer service these days and she should be rewarded for her excellence. It was a great experience to do an e- rental for my storage space with Mari…. Who is so kind and patiently helped me step by step in completing the form online. You need this kind of employee who gives great customer service and she is a very sweet lady. High 100% for you Mari!

Jennifer and evette have gone out of their way to help me today soooooooooo big time! Everything here is reasonably priced, Jennifer and evette are great and very kind. The whole facility makes me feel safe and secure there’s cameras everywhere, they have dollies to help you get your belongings in or out of storage and everything is digital which is awesome. I plan on renting a smaller unit in the next couple months and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Jennifer and Evette, you rock!

The entire staff here and especially Jurnee and Jennifer were so helpful in answering all my questions and were extremely patient and kind. I couldn’t recommend working with them more

Not a fan of double access to get into the building. Also there is no load unload ramp. However the staff is really nice and the place is kept extremely clean. Even the bathrooms are clean.

My storage unit was broken into on the very first day, 20 minutes after I left! Personal items were stolen and the employees and managers would not provide specific information to the Irvine Police after I filed a theft report which makes me believe it was an inside job!

I recently rented a unit at Public Storage in Irvine. I was greeted by Jurney, with a big smile - she was so welcoming and very professional. She guided me through the process and was so helpful every step of the way. She explained everything, from getting a proper lock, insurance, how to access the facility, the best entrance for me to use to be closest to my unit, the app that is available to simplify your entrance to the property and into the facility and using the elevators, etc. I was also very impressed that the facility was exceptionally clean and secure.
