I have stored my items in Public Storage for 3 1/2 years at the 10830 Ventura Blvd. Studio City, CA location facility and my experience has been great. Erika has been great and so kind over the past 3 years. She has worked with me especially when I was late with my payments. I am a senior and she has always been so understanding. I praise all of the staff at Public Storage. Everyone has been so kind over the years. Brad has also been so helpful as well. Grace, Jasmine, Jorge and others have been so helpful over the years. I just hope and pray that my new storage facility will provide me with the same excellent customer service I have received at the 10830 Ventura Blvd, Studio City. I am only leaving this facility because I can no longer afford the monthly payments and I found a cheaper facility. Thank you everyone for making my last 3 1/2 years a pleasant one.

Update 2023
It is now the year August 1st 2023 and I am still with the Public Storage Studio City location. I have been with the Studio City location now for 4 and a half years. I must give Erika credit where credit is due. She is exceptional. She was instrumental in helping me to get my storage adjusted to a lower fee. I am very pleased and happy. This young woman is a God Send. Thanks again Erika.

This Public Storage was great! Brad answered all my questions and told me everything else I needed to know. I'm glad this facility is the one closest to me!
This is perhaps the most well maintained and courteous Public Storage location that I've used, and I've used a few. I needed to upgrade my existing rental to a larger unit. I placed a hold online for a unit I found the night before, and I had planned to get to the office in the morning to finalize the process. The next day, to my surprise, Brad from the location reached out to me first to confirm the reservation. He gave me helpful information, such as needing to transfer my unit over within the same day. When I arrived at the location, Brad walked me through the transfer and politely explained everything efficiently. Thanks to him, the entire process took about five minutes, and I was on my way. What a breeze-would highly recommend!
