Ladies at the office were the best. Very professional and helpful. Made everything so convenient. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a storage unit.

I truly had the most wonderful experience using Public Storage- especially after being assisted by Dana. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and so willing to help me. I loved the experience through and through!

There was something about the storage that make me choose it it the cleanness of all the property I went to and the assistance I got, got me hook. So humble and patient specially from Dana she took me by a shock cause I was in stress because I had loss my phone and she help me through my needs. Tangela is very informative and professional explained the ins and outs of renting a storage room with this being the 1st time for me.

I don’t usually do reviews but again this was heavy on my heart. When you encounter a beautiful soul like hers you are to appreciate it because it’s not often nowadays that you do.

There was a issue with only one cart on the property grounds today and there were a handful of people needing to use the cart to move items in or out of the their units. I asked her ONCE and she politely spoke to the gentleman who was using the cart and within 10 minutes he was all done and the cart was ours.

She explained the ins and outs of renting a unit so effortlessly, we didn’t have one question left unanswered. The floors, the walls, the unit, the bathroom, the office, all clean and well maintained. I had to ask is it just you doing this all? Landscape around the location is beautiful and well maintained.

I have to say this public storage has one of the best associate / workers in public storage history. I came 20 minutes before close and she assisted above and beyond! She has sweetest spirit and I’m so appreciative of her she really helped my move run smoother and completely made my day. I want to say thank you thank you to Ms. Dana. You are amazing please never change! You make the world a better place!

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in ANY place of service. Dana and another kind young woman here today (March 15) are welcoming and warm and the location (including the restroom) is SO clean. These ladies made my day and hope that this may make theirs just a little bit better too:)

Storage facility OK but Dana makes this run like a tight ship. She was everywhere when I needed her and always had the right answers. Storage facility four stars Dana 100 stars!

Big thank you for the solid and precise service while doing business with Tangela. Clean safe location. The pricing does reflect the current inflation in this area but you definitely get what you pay for keep that in mind.

Learn from my experience and know what you are in for. PS has raised my rent from 219 dollars to 345 dollars in less than 6 months- a 57 percent increase- from Aug. 2022 to Jan. 2023.

And I have to keep reposting my negative review because it keeps being deleted. A common experience now unfortunately. All of the positive reviews here are not real. Storage companies are not regulated on how much they can raise the rent and they fully take advantage of that. They take confidence that you will pay the incremental fees rather than the cost and expense of moving out. I am getting my stuff out of here ASAP.

Dana is top shelf! She went above and beyond to make sure the service was excellent! If I had any complaints it’ll be she was too damn nice!
