Public Storage, Laguna Niguel CA

I have been at this storage unit for about two - three years now and I am so grateful for the women that have been so nice and polite to myself and my family. I have just met Maria and she has been extremely kind and compassionate about my situation with my car getting stolen. It’s been really hard and it’s nice to see anyone take the time to ask and see how we’re doing. I truly like this public storage a lot and I feel my belongings are safe. A special Thank you to Maria for being so ethical and kind to my family and I during this hard time.

Always a great experience here! I come to pay my Moms unit and Maria is always friendly, always with a smile on her face, Epic Customer Service, this place is amazing clean! Office smells always good!

What a great experience and would highly recommend! They went above and beyond for us and made it so easy. Maria has excellent customer service and is so nice and helpful as well as TC the outside guy. Don’t hesitate to bring your storage needs to this facility as you will be well taken care of!

Worst storage facility. The district manager Lizanne screams at the customers.
No cameras and the storage facility was not secured and numerous breakins occured. Public Storage put on new locks and did not tell anyone. Units were ransacked. Thousands of dollars of valued itemsstolen.

I want to take the time to thank Maria and Tina. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer my questions. They were so polite and very knowledgeable. I wish there were more people like them.

What a smooth journey through my first experience in using a Public Storage facility! Maria was a great help every step along the way till I have my stuffs in my unit. She went over and beyond in helping me secure my stuffs properly. Since it’s my first time to use a Public Storage unit, I had “bumps” along the way and she has smoothen everything up.

I like this location, very good storage super clean and the staff is wonderful. Maria was super helpful, attentive and very kind to me. She does amazing work with the clients And in the weekend the person in charge even he helped me to move my stuff great service here.
