Folks who work here are really nice and helpful! Ercan is really great. Wish the monthly bill didn’t increase over the few years I had a storage unit, but other than that, nothing but good things to say.

Ercan was helping a lot while i was transfering my unit he was very professional and very friendly i never Find any employee like him Public Storage like to have him as a employe thank you Ercan and he always remember my name

Been at that property for the last 3 years, customer service has always been horrible, from the district Manager who's clueless about what service should be about. In fact all the Managers have been very rude for the most part at the exception of one, regrettably no longer with the company.even to make a simple phone payment is a horrible experience at corporate level.elevators always breaking down doesn't help either and the frequency of rates increases.ridiculous! Finally, the highlight of that location is JASMAINE! Who's so great at what she does and very consistent each and every times! Keep it up JAS! You're the best.and thank you:)

I would like to had that since the addition of the new property Mgr.
LaShawn as been a great addition to this property, she is courteous and display great professional skills.it's definitely a big plus for this property. I really hope she will remain on that property for a very long time, she really make a Huge difference there.

This company is clueless, reckless and heartless they decided to auctions my belongings for only a balance of $ 165 right in the middle of Covid-19’s imagine that! A 4 bedroom’s house filled with stuffs just so they can recover $ 165 back payments. If you can help it "do not do any business with these peoples"…. Better off.trying other’s storage companies. They're awful!

Danny was super attentive. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. When I drove in to parking lot he was cleaning up and dropped what he was doing to help me out.

I had an amazing experience renting space here. The property manager Robin is also the greatest person! He helped us with our move out and everything went seamlessly. This location is also really convenient to access. The facility is clean and bluetooth access is pretty cool. My partner and I stored our stuff here for a year and a half while we traveled through South America. All of our stuff was safe and sound in the climate controlled unit. Thanks again Public Storage Durango. You guys are the best.

Worst rip off in USA. Will jack up monthly rent every six months. Takes advantage of people in the worst of ways. If you have any other option besides these crooks, use it.

Our unit was broken into, and we lost all sorts of valuables.

On top of that, most of the staff who work here seem to hate their jobs. I imagine they are underpaid but still it makes coming here a real bummer because they seem to take it out on you.

Even though the restroom is behind, at least, one passcode protected gate, it is always locked and in order to get to the key you have to go into the front lobby but those doors are always locked and when getting the staff to open the door to the lobby just so you can get the bathroom key they make you feel like you’ve completely inconvenienced and ruined their day even though they’re sitting, maybe 5 feet from the door.we just usually went to the shopping center next-door and used the bathrooms at the Starbucks because it was less of a hassle than using the one that was right there inside Public Storage.

There’s only a couple carts so most days if you come here, getting a cart is not likely to happen.

The neighborhood is completely overrun by encampments of unhoused people, and everything that comes with that.

But, given all those issues, the main problem was that, despite the multiple layers of keypads that you have to use to get into the building or to use the elevator, and of course, the pad locks and keys, even still, our 2nd floor unit was broken into and our items strewn all about and many were broken and things were stolen. The insurance that Public Storage requires you to purchase only covers up to $5000 of loss but we lost far far more than that.this place is terrible.

Robin was awesome and hooked me up with a great deal! Glad i found this place to keep my stuff safe:)
