We were going to go to a different storage place until we met Danny. He’s was great so we decided on this location. It’s that easy, great customer service gets and retains customers.

If I could I’d give Danny the manager 10 stars. When I was transferring to a new unit, he was so professional, extremely friendly, and very helpful. I really appreciated that he made my moving less stressful. Thank you so much Danny!

I got a call from Danny. He called me and informed me that my storage unit was not locked properly. In a panic, I drove to the storage unit and was so relieved that nothing was missing. I thanked him and tried to tip him.but he wouldn’t take it. I was impressed to hear that they do lock checks on a daily basis here and Danny said he was just “doing his job” … we need more people like him. Thanks Danny!

Katherine is great. She is very helpful. I had several strokes and she takes the time to explain things.
