I had an online reservation, but there was a miscommunication so I lost that reservation when I went to the site yesterday.the on-site manager Rafael patiently helped me restored the reservation. I’m very happy about his service. I definitely recommend to use public storage when you need an extra space.

Been calling for DAYS! My unit was locked due to falling behind on some bills finally paid went to get it unlocked nobody in the office waited an hour still no one and no one answering the phone called all day and nothing and I have not been able to gain access since last week no one answers today called over and over again just to be told I was a lair that I never called lol get it together! Don’t think o was asking for to much just for someone to be in the office when it says it’s supposed to be open
