Compared to the last time I rented a unit here I was extremely upset with the service received. I attempted to return the lock they provided and get a refund, I didn't need another lock since I had the prior 2 locks from my previous space rental at this location. On 3 separate occasions I attempted to return the lock within the 30 day time frame. Each time, the office was locked, no one was at the office. I called a few days ago and spoke w/the manager who was to call me back but I never got a call back. I went in person today and attempted again, someone was in the office this time. She tried her best to get me my refund and contacted her manager and explained what happened. She called another manager who I'm assuming was the District Manager as she mentioned she was calling the D. M, only for me to be told "No, because its past the 30 day mark. " This is very upsetting considering the fact I tried 3 times to return the lock within the 30 days. How was this my fault no one was in the office? No signs indicating when staff will be back, no indication if someone is even on site, etc. I made more trips to this location than I would have liked to JUST to return the lock and receive my refund. Very discouraging from wanting to rent another unit from Public Storage in the future. Forcing people to buy locks they don't need.
From day 1 Marie was so helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Public Storage on Couch St in Vallejo and talk with Marie. She is the greatest.
Not helpful, help a friend move but they locked up her stuff.no phone service, but will come outside if you stay in your car for five minutes.storages are not nice or friendly at this place.wont be back ever, not even to help
