Public Storage, Rancho Cordova CA

No customer service on site, had trouble getting in, and out because code not working.there is an app that opens gate though.

The level of security at this facility is just astonishing. The property manager really is a caring and kind person. Thanks tami.

I would like to say that having tami a part of your team was the right choice she is an amazing person and she is very respectful and always has a smile on her face when greeting others.

For those whom are looking for the right storage location, turn your attention toward Mather Field Rd.in Rancho Cordova, CA. There's a Public Storage facility on that road @ which I've been a tenant for the better part of three plus years. The property manager, "Tami", is a very personable, fair and helpful individual who cares very much about the happiness of her tenant (s) and will do as much as she can to maintain their happiness. She is also someone who values and respects an individual (s) dignity as well as being understanding of personal hardship (s) & w/o hesitation, steps right in to help any way she can. She has demonstrated her capacity of compassion and willingness to help out anyone in need on my behalf on several occasion (s). Folk (s), if you're looking for a place managed by someone who may have written, and/or, @ the very least, assisted w/ the writing of the book "Guide to Providing Great Customer Service".

Tami is so awesome. They went up on my storage, and she literally fought for them to lower the price. Best Public storage ever.

I thought it was going to be difficult to find an individual who treated each of the tenant (s) with the same level of respect, kindness and level of customer service the previous property manager had - I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY TO BE PROVEN WRONG! In my humble opinion, Tami was quite the discovery because she imparts the very same treatment (s) to me with each & every encounter - making me feel welcome. She has also, in the short time she's been @ this location, gone to bat for me on more than one occasion, without even knowing what kind of person I was. So, all that being said, well done to those @ Public Storage with whom were responsible for finding a suitable replacement; and to our new property manager, I couldn't be happier, Tami - you're a perfect fit!

Excellent customer service friendly and efficient recommended to everyone and I will definitely come back if I ever need storage space.

So I've been renting a unit here for I've 1 year now and I am still so pleased. The place I rented from last was a disaster. It was run down and good luck getting decent customer service. I love it here. Tammy is amazing and property is always kept
