Update 09/15/2023!

Customer service was great. Cassandra from the front desk helped me out, was having issues processing payment through the app. I had to come in to make payment in person and she was patient enough to help me fix my app issue. Simple re-install solved it but appreciated that she takes care of her customers.

The On-site manager, Cassandra is amazing. I had rented a smaller unit than I should have rented. I went to the office and spoke to her and she gave me all my options and we rectified my issues right then. She was very helpful, kind, understanding and patient with me. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She always has a smile and is all about customer service!

I have 2 storages in this facility for more than 3 years+. My 10x15 storage was “broken” in last year with no phone call or message till I saw the “plaster wall” punched and all my stuff was splatter. That’s when I went to the office and they made me “aware” it was broken in.

Recently on 8/18/23 my large “15X30” was broken in. They remove the whole lock attachment to “get in”. Yet they have “cameras” and someone is always there. BUT YET THEY “DIDNT NOTICE”. They didn’t even call me or notified that this had happed till I went there yesterday. According to their staff someone called me “but the call was dropped and went silent” but I never spoke to no one and yet they didn’t try to contact me. Problem is that with all the storage fees “$900+” monthly you would “assume” you are better secured because they have cameras. NOT! Once I opened my large storage I saw a few big things already missing that value more than 7K. That’s just from the top of the storage. The people got in top of stuff and broke a few items on the way to punch the dry wall to get to the other store in the side. These people had plenty of time to carry larger items and go thru stuff to see what can they get. I will contact the police department and find out the insurance information but these was definitely an “INSIDE” job. To top it off, my storage fees are “DOUBLING” this month.

So let’s talk about customer service there was a beautiful young lady named Cassandra made me feel so comfortable.thank you very much for your help and thanks for the water that’s how cool she is thank you again and clean restrooms big plus

I've been to quite a few storage facilities and this one by far is the best run and best value for the space your getting. Some storage facilities don't even offer public restrooms, this one does. And the employee Cassandra was the best one yet. She addresses any problem head on, she even let me chose my own gate code. That means alot to me. The hours at this facility is another big factor in me renting space here. There must be a dozen or more between here and my house and by far this is worth the extra miles I drive for the value and service at this public Storage.

My experience at Whittier location has always been very helpful and lovely, Cassandra has always had a smile and willingness to help on any situation, Absolutely Lover her.

The rent kept going up and up. Seems like every few months there's a rent increase. It's usually about 15 to 20%. To be fair, this is how most storage facilities work. The ol' bait and switch. Rent is not pro-rated if you leave mid way or early on in to a billing cycle. Kinda scammy. Nice facility, though. Well maintained. Probably wouldn't rent with them again, though.
