Had a great experience with Tabitha at the front desk! Very professional and proficient! So glad that I came in and rented and storage at this location.

Angie who works there is great, always friendly and has a smile on her face.she is an Amazing? & Great person who does a great job representing Irwindale Public Storage. She's always willing to help out especially if I forget to turn autopay back on. She makes sure all unnecessary fees are avoided. Angie goes above and beyond her job duties! Best customer service I have ever got! She is the BEST!

First of all wow! Very clean lot! Angie was amazing and super helpful! Even though it was super hot we walked the lot and she showed me 2 different units i could get. Over all settled with a 10x16. Amazingly helpful, honest, quick, respectful, and super friendly. Thanks a million

Nobody answered when called many times. Nobody called after message left. And nobody in the office when visited. Wow!

Update:
After the above review, I was called many times by this Public Storage office. They left messages saying they could lower my monthly rent if I wanted it. So if you want to get lower rent you have to write bad reviews first? Point made!

Fantastic service by Angie today. She is very helpful to all of her customers here at this location. She is a very good manager and will assist her tenants with their price increases and other options available to us. She is a great manager and an asset to Public Storage.

Angie was super amazing! She took her time to show me all units. Gave me updated prices. Walked me through all the rental details and billing break down as well as the way the unit insurance works. Helped me with downloading app and all the in and out of the app. I was so nervous but it was an incredible experience!

The staff is very helpful at this location. Angie always goes the extra mile and provides great customer service. It would be nice if every employee was as pleasant as Angie.
