Wow the customer service is amazing! I’ve been here twice this week and Sheena and Amaya were extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions. They helped me find the perfect size unit to fit all my belongings. Thank you for the TOP TIER service! I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The office is always always always always closed. A few times I had issues with my unit there’s no one to speak to at the office another time I wanted to borrow a flat cart nobody at the office

Sheena was very helpful, friendly and answered my million questions. She took me around to different units so I can find the right size for what I needed. I opened the unit in the office!

I rented a storage unit from the Chula Vista location on Fenton and the service there was great. Joe, was very helpful, he answered all my questions, and concerns. He made some suggestions and showed me three units. The place was clean and it felt very safe. I was very happy with the service and I would suggest it to everyone.

Sheena was amazing and very helpful! She made the process of switching to a different space easy and overall works really hard to maintain a positive atmosphere for customers.

Well at first I was having some issues. Thanks to Natasha (who is wonderful at her job by the way) at the El Cajon location helped me out tremendously. If ever I need any help at a Public Storage I will ask for her. Thanks public storage you all are amazing

Not the type to typically leave reviews but with the customer service I was extended I felt compelled to.

My wife and I came in looking for a storage unit as were transitioning into a new home and we were greeted by two smiling and helpful employees (Amaya and Sheena). They did a good job explaining the rental process and were efficient in getting us a unit that best met our needs.

Facility was very clean and organize which was the main reason we decided to keep our belongings there.
