Public Storage, San Jose CA

My payments go through AutoPay with PS and $32 more was taken from my account. I called right away at 7: 59am they open at 8am. I spoke with Ruby who was very pleasant and nice from to start. I explained my issue, she said the rates had increased and I should have received a notice. I told I checked my emails and app messages there was no notice. Ruby submitted a dispute for me and the increase will not take effect until March 1st on my account and the $32 will be credited to next months bill. I was very impressed with Ruby’s demeanor, customer service and prompt resolution of my issue. Ruby took care of me within 5 minutes and I was able to go on my “Merry” way.
Thanks Ruby, you are the best! Happy Holidays! You deserve a huge bonus!

I have this storage since April 2023. Evrytime I go in I have my dog with me.
The staff saw me evrytime and they never ever mention.that dogs are not allowed.
Today first time coming on Sunday 11/05/2023 at 12: 25pm Karen I mean a white woman immediately flag me and told me dogs are not allowed at public storage. After 6month of in and out of public storage I was told by Karen I mean the woman sitting behind the counter dogs are not allowed inside!

Sheila is amazing and trouble shooted any issues I had. This place is safe, professional and the staff are stellar to work with. As a young professional on the go, this matters a lot for me! Thanks Sheila

I have had a storage unit at this location for many years. I wouldn't change this location on Lenfest for anything, customer service is excellent and Ruby is extremely helpful and always is ready to explain any questions regarding fees or changes in prices of accounts. I had not seen her at this location for a minute but today I did and I hope she stays for good! I do believe she needs to be moved ip to management she deserves this position! Thank you for always being an acceptional employee and service to your clients! Thank you Ruby.

I have a storage unit at the 684 Lenfest Rd, facility and one of my favorite employees is name Sheila. I'm not sure if she is management but if not she should be. Sheila is great at her job and is one of the nicest customer service employees Public Storage has. I have always felt secure with my property at this location and with her as an employee, Sheila deserves a Supervisor position for all her hard work! Thank you Sheila and Thank you Public Storage for hiring such a great employee!

Sheila is very nicely help me to correct an error I made in the process of set up a new account. She did a wonderful tech support job. Thank you. By the way, Sheila and her colleagues managed this site very well, efficient and clean environment of this facility.
