Just rented another unit; Spoke with Ms. Toi who was professional and courteous throughout the entire conversation. I feel comfortable renting at this location, never had an issue and pray I never will. I like the fact that she's always there and ready for questions and concerns. I truly never feel comfortable about renting a storage unit but for some reason, her presence at the facility makes me feel as if she is personally watching out for my belongings.and I have insurance. Anyway, it's a great location for some things that won't fit in the garage at home for now and works better than clutter up the inside of my home.

So the day before I show up to see the layout. Toi was absolutely welcoming and informative. Within 10 minutes she upsold me to the bigger unit that's going to be perfect. The location, site, access and cleanliness are great. I'm actually looking forward to my move now. LOL. Thanks again Toi.

I came in to check out a storage unit! I wanna say thank you to the very nice lady her name is toi! She has really great customer service I recommended everyone to check out the public storage! Ask for toi and she will get you the perfect storage, size or advice! I will be referring a lot of people here! VERY NICE LADY! I will sending over more people

Couldn’t be happier with this establishment! Toi, the manager, is absolutely a delight! So professional and nice! The property itself is clean as well as the units, lock slides work perfect and are not all messed up like at other places (life storage, hated that place) if you are looking to store your belongings at a fair price, look no further, public storage is it!
