Super friendly staff! Will help you with everything you need i’m returning the storage keys for my friend today and the lady was super helpful and got everything done quickly!

I've been wanting to upgrade for some time to a larger unit, after a few consecutive days of checking availability Estella and Tina went above and beyond to find me the right space with a great price. These two representatives were so nice and helpful, saved me from having to move to a whole different storage place!

Ada was a wonderful help to me. I can say she has given me one of the best customer service.very friendly and made sure I was up to date about everything. I’m glad I would recommend her being employee of the month.

I had a great experience today picking out my storage unit with Henry. He was very thorough and showed me many options for units. Once I selected my unit, he gave me all the neceesary info and walked me through the different loading areas. This was my first time renting a unit and it was easier than I expected. Overall, I am happy with my unit and the help provided from Henry.

I got good experience with Masuma at this location. Really clean and safe place for your goods.

I was cancelled my account 3 days before the next month. I got charged for the month that I was cancelled. Manager called asked about the hold charges. Explained, Confirmed to call me back and make sure everything is fine. The next month i get a letter from a Collection Agency. Called the same manager Loraine 3 tims / 3 VMs. Nothing! Thieves!

Tiffany was simply amazing. She showed me the ropes of the place. She was very nice gand had great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend going elsewhere, the service here leaves a lot to be desired as mentioned in other reviews. The employees seem to have a superpower at being effortlessly condescending about everything to everyone.

Not sure what the climate control is but it's pretty much set to "hot and muggy"

N and Gabby are the only Good people who have true customer service skills at my Time at Redhill their always helping how to protect people belongings Also giving reminders when payment is due showing the best unit that fits for everyone needs. With any question and concern I have they always answered it. Best mangers that public storage has left you won’t find anyone like Tiffany. N or Gabby anywhere els.
