By far the worst experience. Today I found out that my unit as well as others were broken into. Several items stolen. I honestly thought that a company this big would invest in security cameras. Purchasing public storage locks is a joke. The burglars used crowbars and torches to break into the doors and the locks. I looked closely at what they call wallsof the units. It's either plain drywall or made of papermache. Not secure at all. So disappointing

I came to Public Storage thinking it would be a headache. Randy was able to make the process flawless and upgraded my unit during a difficult time. Thank you.

I'm very happy I chose public storage to rent a unit! I was looking around and visiting different places. What ultimately factored in my decision was the customer service I received from Randy. He was very polite, courteous, and knowledgable which made me very comfortable renting from public storage. So far the location works well for me, have to leave the vehicle to enter the code to enter and exit. Some of the family could be cleaner, but overall I'm satisfied thus far.

Mike 5 star, randy 1 star, regional manager 1 star, said she would call me back, no call, told me a computer controls all price increases on rent increases, after 6 months i had a 10x30 unit go from start rent of 430 increase to 530 at one rent increase, regional manager told me no employee does this, just a computer.must be master computer.skynet terminator computer taking over.public storage, step up your game.fullerton public storage falls behind other public storage facilitiies, i rent at other public storage facilities, and this one is step below.
