Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, City of Industry CA

This dealership will end up costing me thousands of dollars and I did not even buy a vehicle from them! After calling around to multiple Southern California dealerships about a lease promotion on Jeep.com I ended up speaking to a "sales manager" who said they could honor the promotion lease but would have to check with the manager first to see if any vehicle on their lot met the requirements. Ultimately because of the the vehicle did not have the exact MSRP of the lease requirements that it would cost me around $20 per 1000 over extra per month. The day I went to this dealership was the last day the lease offer was valid. I ended up choosing this dealership because they were open late, until 9p, to accommodate my work schedule and they a had vehicle fairly close to required MSRP so it shouldn't increase the lease payment too much. The sales associate and I had multiple phone calls to line up this deal. I wanted to make sure that I had everything on my end in line for their finance department, that I brought my ID's and documents to show I am First Responder to be eligible for their dealer discount, and again to make sure that we were still in the monthly range of what we had originally discussed before I made a 1.5 hr drive. I called the sales person numerous times that day, and again when I was about 45 min away as a heads up and was told to ask for them when I arrived. When I got there they had to "step out" so I was handed off to someone else who I had never spoken with only to find out everything was a LIE. No one had been informed of the deal we had lined up, and that dealership wanted to sell the vehicle with a $10,000 markup. The original sales person was no where to be found I immediately left in an attempt to make it to another dealership to try to close one of the other deals I had started to work out, but they closed before I could get there. Now if I want to get into that vehicle I will not be at a manufacture lease deal and the lease will cost me at least twice as much per month (about 10,000-14,000 in total) for the duration of the lease. Every other dealership was honorable told me upfront if and where there would be a price increase. It is really unfortunate to see Puente Hills CDJR have no respect for honesty, a customers time, and are unable to be forthcoming.

A while back i had come to get work done on my car for a sensor and servicing. I was told there was a few tire rotation and balance done on my vehicle. A little later I noticed my steering wheel shaking between 55 to 75 mph. I took my vehicle to another location and found out no balance weights were on the front two tires. I called to cancel my appointment today with the service team. Someone answered and hung up on me. Honestly shady service. I do not recommend this dealership.

Had an appointment on 7/3 I thought with Nicole. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Nicole wasn’t there, went through 3 sales reps within the hour while I checked out the vehicle due to them having other appointments. Pay attention to their theft equip they add on $2400 to the back end of the price and said it was non negotiable to not have it. The disclaimer I read said it was temporary while on their lot however they wouldn’t budge and tried to charge me for it so I walked away. I do not recommend this dealership.

Beware and make sure they are actually servicing your car! They don’t even deserve a one star.
Took my car in about a month ago. My husband was told all 6 of our spark plugs needed to be changed due to a misfire. Estimate given was for $900 and some change. Called Ontario dodge to get quote for same work and was told it would be $486 + tax. My question was why such a huge price difference? !? Husband decided to get work done here because Ontario was backed up and wasn’t going to be able to get to the car for about 2 weeks. So we get our spark plugs fixed (assumed the car was serviced) they call for us to pick up and my husband ends up paying a little over $1k. Well now about a month later all of a sudden our oil is leaking and when car starts it was making a noise (hmm, it’s a little strange) we take it back and now we need to get the gasket adapter fixed and the estimate we were given was $1165. Husband had his mechanic friend check the car for us to see what was going on with the car because once again the price was a huge difference from Ontario dodge. Only to find out our spark plugs were never changed, not a single one. We paid them $1k thinking they serviced our vehicle properly. They are scamming people out of there money by making it seem like they did the work smh. I definitely will be reporting them to the BAR. I suggest anybody that has taken there car to be serviced here, to have it looked at by another mechanic to make sure you haven’t been robbed for your money!

Very bad service, I took my vehicle for warranty repairs and the service advisor was really prepotent, he told me that my car would stay for more than a day, I asked him for a vehicle to move On the meanwhile and he told me that this was not his problem and that He would not provide me with one, he did not even provide me with service to return home, I told him that he was giving me a bad service and his response was that if it did not like it, to take my vehicle and leave.

Debby was awesome! She had great customer service and explained everything to me perfect. 10 stars!

I would like to thank Guss Figueroa, for the amazing service that was given to me he is very efficient and goes out of his way to help customers I had the chance to observe him from distance as I was waiting to speak with him I can tell he loves what he does Very professional and took care of me in every matter This is my second car from this dealership. They are a family owned dealer that really cares about their customers. I left there extremely satisfied. They have a wide variety of vehicles to fit many different budgets. Not a good job. I took my car in clean, right out of the car wash. I got my vehicle back and the front bumper was dirty, full of dirt and mud. They drove my car on a dirt lot.with their experience they should know cars get dirty when driven on a dirt lot. It wouldn't have bother me much but I literally just out the car wash.

Was there for an oil change wasn’t there long but of course they need too remind you when u need another oil change doesn’t take long to put up a sticker. I know you have too leave but no excuses for laziness! That’s y I need too go back too Cerritos Dodge.

Took my car in so they could fix a problem. They charged me for the diagnostic and the repairs. Two weeks later have the same issue with the car. Im told I can take the car in on Tuesday to get fixed even though the car won't start and I was told the problem was corrected. On top of that if I take it in I'll be charged for another diagnostic to find the problem they were supposed to fix. Thanks puente hills dodge

Worst dealership I have ever stepped into. Salesmen were pretty good at letting me know I was waiting thier time.

Horrible visiting. I kinda dispised by a Chinese guy. He was really bad talking to a customer like this. He judged people who have no credit are NOT ALLOWED to buy a Cherokee. And they will check your credit WITHOUT your approval and not telling you. Most importantly, they will not give you a good price.

I read some of the negative reviews, and was surprised. My visit was trouble-free, and staff was ptofessional. However, I did let them know right off that I have worked on cars for many years, and have worked both at dealerships and independent garages.

Had an appointment for a simple first oil change on my 2018 Dodge Durango. My appointment was at 10: 30am. Yet they are just now starting on my vehicle and it is now 11: 33am. They told me it would only be about an hour for this said oil change. If that was the case I would have prepared to wait for an hour but oh well. Hopefully things go better next time.

Sitting in the parking lot. Came to see a jeep advertised at $26,102. At that price expecting the jeep to be out the door at 28,500 or 29k.manager comes to me and says if we want to buy it, he won't sell without the protection package for $2,700, bringing the car to around $30,000+
I told him I'm not interested in this package and he refused to take that package on it. Quit advertising false prices. I refuse to support a business like that with BS sales tactics.

I brought my new Jeep to get an oil change & Debbie was super nice & very helpful. However, I was disappointed because I thought they were going to do a complimentary car wash, as i’ve seen many dealership wash every car after doing a service. My brother owns a new Subaru from the Puente hills dealership as well & they always clean his car after doing the oil change. UPDATE Debbie called me back and helped me out, she offered a car wash, like I said she offers great customer service.

I bought a used jeep renegade here a couple weeks ago, and overall it was a great experience. I am very happy with my car and the staff here at Puente Hills Chrysler were patient, honest, and helpful.

No professional courtesy, got better service at hole home in the wall mechanics, much more honest, only advantage here is that they carry Mopar brand. Area and brand is too good for the lot of them.
