Worst experience ever just trying to get my certified used vehicle repaired under warranty, they make it known they don't want to help you, they took my car for a whole week and still haven't started any repairs, no replacement or rental offered either, Toyota is falsely advertising warranties, since i was not provided any help in this regard and nothing is being honored.and i asked multiple times about a rental, they just laughed at me and my struggles my family is facing because of this inconvenience, uncalled for

Horrible customer service. I have been trying for 3 days to get a warranty issue taken care of and none of the service people knew what I was talking about. I left 3 messages for service supervisors and none of them called me back. This is ridiculous!

Looking for a Toyota Cross, noluck, slim pickens on any New vehicles at most if these dealerships. So I walked down to the V W lot and drove the brand new Taos, not bad, plenty of room, good looking carbut still looking for that hybrid Cross. Maybe I'll get lucky soon.

Drove all the way from Aliso Viejo, Wasted my time and gas. Was going to trade my 2018 Audi SQ5 in for 2019 avalon hybrid XSE and sold the car. And didn't offer anything. Horrible experience i had. Angel the general manager didn't do anything about the situation. Waste of time.

I was at PUENTE HILLS TOYOTA today looking for a Highlander hybrid, a limited or platinum model. I left when I became aware they were charging approximately $15,000 (YES, FIFTEEN THOUSAND) over MSRP. They call it a Market Adjustment. They should be prosecuted for doing that to people during these times or any time. Straight up greed. The salesman asked me for my name and telephone number. I declined and told him the dealership should be ashamed for what they are doing to consumers with their pricing. I continued telling him I would not deal with Puente Hills Toyota now or when the vehicle situation returns to normal. Hopefully in the future people remember the gasoline stations, car dealerships and any other business who have absurd high prices/gimmicks during these times and put them out of business by not supporting them. SHOP YOUR DEALERSHIPS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PUENTE HILLS TOYOTA.

Limeted stock, & the ones that were there had all accessories, way over priced, but some one will buy them, not a good time for buyers

The service was awesome and so was the service department. Got my oil change and service and was out in no more than 1 hours. I love my Toyota

Difficult to impossible parking if you want to purchase parts! The did have the parts I needed in stock so I appreciated that but there was NO open parking for parts customers! Parts sales seem to be the stepchildren of this dealership?

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I never write reviews, but damn… puente hills is complete garbage. I scheduled a test drive with a car in the evening, I get there early just for them to tell me that they sold it…

So what’s the point of making an appointment? I understand if someone picked it up, but why not call and tell me.

No just that, but the people there look lost, like it’s everyone’s first day. So irritating, I’m an easy going guy and it’s hard to bother me, but the atmosphere is terrible.

Save your time, go to longo.

I’ll never come back here! Worst customer service ever there is a Chinese lady in the service department and she is useless…
They broke my car key and they scheduled me for a recall service and they told me 3 hrs later that they were too busy to do the recall service and they also wanted to charge me for a bracket ($160). In order to put my alarm back …

First off, they did take care of the concerns associated with my car (regular maintenance and a few minor fixes). Secondly, a few of the service employees, including the advisor, did not have the best customer service skills and interrupted me, didn't listen to what I was asking, and the advisor had issues getting my car keys at one point. I don't plan on going back.

BAD service, the conditions promised before buying a car are not acknowledged after paying for the car. No integrity at all. If you buy a car here, the price and commitment must be documented.

My experience was super awesome Diego Alvarez helped me out and I was nervous to buy my first car but he was so helpful and generous, kind person I really recommend him to help you out! He’ll understand what your looking for and give you advise on what is best for you 100% such a good salesman

I have consistently received poor to bad service here. They don’t value your time, lie and will make careless mistakes that could be corrected by updating contact information despite being told it is out of date. I would avoid doing business here unless you absolutely have to.

There are plenty of dealerships that aren’t gouging customers selling above MSRP. No point in visiting here. $15k markup… on a Toyota. No thanks.

If your looking for a car ask for Alex Lim, so polite and will get you the best deal he can. Bought a new 2021 highlander with the best deal best treatment and was patient with me. Definitely recommend this dealer
