Pulse Millenia Apartments, Chula Vista CA

Management is very dismissive of their tenants' concerns. There are better places in the area that cost less.

These apartments are not great to live at, it is poorly managed and overly priced. They also do not care about the residents or their pets.

I had two incidents occur on this property:

1. My tire was slashed on the property in my parking spot, I made a vandalism report to the police and property manager stated they have no cameras in the parking lot. How is it that rent here is $3.5k and yet there’s no surveillance on property.

2. My dog is a Service Animal and was attacked during a morning walk on the property sidewalk by another residents pitbull. Animal Control got involved, the property manager stated that they can’t disclosed the residents info because it occurred on the sidewalk. This is a pitbull which is a restricted breed that attacked my service animal. They simply did not care, I’m a veteran with PTSD, Animal Control was more helpful and sympathize than the place I live in.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They don't have security cameras, they don't care about the well-being of the tenants or the veterans living in this complex.

Great leasing agents, easy move-in process, friendly neighbors, beautiful new home. Glad I picked this place to move to!

I had three things wrong in my apartment. The heater the dishwasher and the ice maker. Maintenance was there within 2 hours and fixed everything. She was only there maybe 45 minutes and everything was done.

The young lady Annabelle. Has really been helpful following up & answering all my questions helping me understand the process I didn't get this type of good customer service earlier this year.

The person working the front desk was extremely rude and not engaging. That’s the first impression of your property we received. Immediately afterwards we visited the Rivue and received just the opposite experience. We move in the Rivue this Saturday.m
regarding the next question. We wouldn’t know, she told us nothing.

I lived here for several years. For Eastlake this is definitely considered a high end option given that its close to lots of new construction and essential conveniences. The units themselves are nice (granite, wood floors, modern appliances however they are definitely overpriced and can be noisy given that the complex is situated on the corner of Eastlake Parkway and Birch Rd. If your looking for quiet definitely make sure your not on the street. The community itself attracts upper level working folks. I leave my doors unlocked all the time and can say in 5 years I've never had a single negative interaction with anyone. The staff and maintenance are also helpful no complaints here. Never really swam in the pool or used the spa but they both are serviceable along with the BBQ areas.

The thing I liked best is that Vons is walking distance and the Otay Ranch Mall. Also there is a new liquor store, pizzos, French bakery, luna grill, super cuts and high end Mexican bar close by. This is definitely a HUGE PLUS. If you like to walk There were times I didn't use my car for weeks (I work from home)

Finally assessment: Although overpriced, quality, superior convenience and safety all out measure a few extra hundred bucks. I have no regrets or qualms about calling this place home for 5 years and will miss Pulse Millenia

I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes over the past 4 years and Pulse Millenia has by far been my favorite. The staff is amazing, the maintenance is awesome and its overall great quality of housing and amenities. My favorite thing though has been the events that the resident coordinator, Lindsay throws - they are so much fun and you get to meet the community. 10/10

The best part of Pulse is the events that they plan monthly. Whether it is a cooking class or a movie night, Lindsay goes above and beyond to make it top tier. We are going to miss her and the events so much! Thank you Lindsay for making each month so fun and giving us something to look forward to!

One of the nicest pulse is gotta be 5 stars an if give more I would the amenities a perfect family community pool the park etc just love how quiet it is peaceful an our neighborhood here is great area is clean thanks to our outstanding maintenance an management ******* best they keep it really upgraded building to is retrofit means always stays cool inside these are best apartments in san diego hands down with the environment along with demographics.

The whole team at Pulse is amazing. From the day I applied 2 years ago during COVID to this day have been helpful and friendly. At Pulse you will never be bored. They often have family events and events just for adults. Such as movie nights or happy hour. Maintenance is always on top of keeping the whole community clean. I love living here with my teens and pet.

Pulse millenia is the best place! The events are so fun and friendly for all ages. The staff is great maintenance is always making sure things stay working properly and the events coordinator Lindsay is the best at making sure all the events are fun!

We have loved living here, mostly because of all the amazing events that Lindsay puts on! It is so nice to get to know other people in the complex and the events differ every month. The rent is kind of expensive but so is everywhere right now, and you get the bonus of having these free fun resident events! There is a lot of convenient places around too!

Francisco with maintenance is timely clean and kind. He always keeps a clean space, wears shoe covers and is very responsive to our maintanence requests. He also is great at pinpointing the source of our request and knows when to call in extra hands. The maintenance here takes great care of the residence.

Good afternoon, I want to thank Michael at the office here for being so helpful to me he worked with my worker so I can continue living here, I cant stress enough how happy I'am to continue living here I'am very happy here. Also everyone from the office is very helpful and always willing to help. Thank you so much Michael and staff. I appreciate everything here at Pulse Millenia Apartments.

I had a scheduled tour for 1: 30 p.m. Upon my arrival the blinds were drawn and I sign was posted that they were gone for lunch. I saw that the Assistant Manager was in the building so I knocked on the door since I had a confirmed appointment. He remained in the building despite knowing there were appointments scheduled for 1: 30 p.m. Upon the leasing agents arrival at 2: 00 p.m. She acknowledged that the Assistant Manager was indeed in the building. This is the first impression I received of Pulse Millenia. There was no apology issued by management nor acknowledgement from him that he had made a mistake. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service that was provided. If this is how a potential renter is treated I can only imagine how current tenants are treated.
