No fitting rooms open on a busy saturday evening, clothes all over the racks and floor, only three cashiers with a line going back to the end of store.terrible shopping experience.get your $&@! Together.

The store has great music and a great selection of shoes but they didn't have the original Suede pumas, I was kinda bummed

Come here all the time for my Puma Jumpsuits! They have a great selection of clothing and their shoes are good as well!

Not a great experience, Manager needs to understand customer service. I was spoken to in the third party when the clerk serving me was asking her about an issue i had. I was literally a few feet away.

The heel walked right off my almost new Puma shoes. I walked in to The Citadel Puma outlet store. The sales staff were very quick, kind, considerate, and helpful. One lady (the manager?) made sure I got Puma's customer service phone. I highly recommend this location. The aisles are clean and clear, and the staff are a pleasure.

Just went and bought myself a third pair of Puma’s and some sunglasses, and that’s only in 2018 alone. They always have at least 50% off shoes and clothing, and sometimes it’s more like 75%! The shoes have to be broken in unlike some brands but they are stylish and finely crafted. Comfy too once you break em in. You can also get an additional 20% off on your next round of purchases from doing their online survey after purchasing.

The selection can be somewhat limited in this store but the deals are out of this world! I regularly find almost everything in the store at 50 – 60% off, and there are extra discounts on top of THOSE original discounts which you can find either online or with an employee helping you. The shoes are actually high quality too, comparable to high end Nikes or Reeboks on the cheap in terms of prices, and while it takes some time to break em in, once you do they’re super comfy.

I ordered 8.5 however got 6.5. I contact Customer Service, the assistant said could exchange and deliver my right size in 2 day. So I follow the assistant's said to return it. I'm waiting still no respond. I reach again.other assistant said no my right size and rude to me. Come on, I bought at least 5 pair from Puma but Customer Service treat me like that.
I posted my advice and hope someone improve customer service, however still no posted

Always great discounts and good variety of not outdated merchandise. Was here during the holidays and they had 50% off of pretty much everything in the store. No lines. Very helpful staff.
