Puntip cuisine Thaifood, Cudahy CA

Been coming here for years and always order their Pad Kee Mao so I know the portion amount I always get. Today the portion size I received was significantly less that I could count the pieces of chicken and vegetables I received. I went back thinking that they would make it right but the cook refused so I simply asked for my money back and left. You lost a loyal customer who would frequent multiple times a month, I will never be returning.

Super delicious, very clean, fast service and attentive waitresses and most importantly they speak Spanish.

I’ve been coming here for lunch for many years. The food and service has always been great. Recently my co workers and I had been craving their food so we stopped by to have lunch. When our bill came we noticed the prices were slightly higher than usual an added service charge. We asked waitress about the service charge. (I believe her name was Pam) Her response was “You don’t leave tips”. Honestly, this was an extremely offensive comment to say to someone who has continuously brought them business throughout the years. In our defense WE DO LEAVE TIPS! I asked her if she was doing the same for the other customers dinning in and she said “ No only you! Because the last time you came you didn’t leave a tip”. Mind you my last order was to go. All of us felt offended and embarrassed as if we need to show her proof that we do leave tips. Sad to say we won’t be coming back to this establishment.

My coworkers and I loved coming here for our lunch break, food is amazing and all until (Pam) the fat Asian waitress came and over charged us all (service fee), she came and told us all “You never leave tip so I’m charging the extra fee” in a loud tone, which was very embarrassing and disrespectful. Everyone looked up and stared at us. We won’t be going back.

Food was good
we always go there for the lunch special but today it was different when it came to pay I noticed I was getting a 10% fee on my receipt.
We asked why and the lady said “ I remember you, you never tip”
So because according to her I never tip they added that into my receipt.
I have had tipped before how did she knew I was not going to leave a tip once I got up? Leaving a tip is not mandatory and they except it to be.

The food is delicious my family and I we go there to eat we luv the 7 mares soup is yummy yummy

Service was great. Friendly. Small spot good food. The Pad thai was good and so was the shrimp soup with lemon grass. Not bad flavors at all. I don’t eat meat so I am glad there is much to choose from on the menu

Server was real nice and pleasant - male. Nice workers and professional. Great food. Enjoyed the soup Shrimp Soup flavorful.

We live almost two hours from this restaurant and we travel just to enjoy their dishes. We have enjoyed this restaurant for years. I recommend it.

The staff was really nice and helpful. I felt right at home. I ordered the Thai fried rice w chicken and I was really impressed by the quality and freshness of the rice and chicken. It was really delicious and steamy. The portion sizes were very generous as well. I will definitely be returning. If your in the area make sure to check this little gem out.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN EXPERIENCE. Do not eat here they are not children friendly. They mistreated my family. No consideration they are racist.

This place is delicious. I used to come here very often until i learned that they add oyster sauce to everything and it's not vegan friendly: (their red curry was delicious though.

BEST OF THE BEST! We've tried so many other Thai places and NONE compare to this place. We've been coming here for well over 10 years. I remember coming here when I was younger, now I bring my daughters, and they too love it! The staff is always friendly and professional
